The villa is located right on the embankment of Tam Thanh commune, with a direct sea view, just a few steps away from the beach. You can swim right in front of the villa. The room has a balcony to watch the sunset, you can buy seafood,... to organize a BBQ. Next to the villa is a breakfast restaurant (Ms. Phuc's banh can, a sidewalk cafe that locals often drink).

New room, fully equipped (full-length mirror, makeup mirror, hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, iron, kettle, etc.). Spacious and airy balcony area Shared facilities (washing machine, cooking utensils, induction cooker, charcoal stove, dishes, chopsticks, cutlery, etc.) are fully equipped for those who want to eat in the room, groups who want to organize BBQ.

Things to Note

- Check-in time is 12pm - checkout is 11am. If the guest has an empty room, the Villa will allow them to check in immediately. If there is no room, you can leave your luggage at the Villa, go sightseeing or have coffee and check in at noon. - Deposit 50% of the room rate - You can bring pets (just a small request: neat and clean, do not dirty the room's belongings)
