Overall, it met expectations. It is a nice apartment complex with a pool. It’s clean and the owner/manager was very helpful and courteous. The pool is a little cool for some kids, mine anyway. The are are few entrances to different buildings, so finding your building and settling in wasn’t easy. It’s spacious and good value.

Great Location. Great view from the apartment. Room was clean and any issues I had were solved by staff instantly. Getting around the city from this apartment was so easy

Good stay, cozy room, excellent pool

Kühlschrank nicht eingesteckt und Kabel zum selber einstecken nicht gefunden. Anlage wohl „paralegal“ zur kurzzeit-Vermietung genutzt, siehe große Schilder am Eingang, daher Poolnutzung etwas umständlich. Eigentümer hat aber immer sofort auf WhatsApp reagiert und alles geregelt.

The place is very clean and cosy. I had a relaxing stay. The owners were very nice. The placd itself is close to the core of District 1 on a busy thoroughfare so you will hear the constant honking of motorcycles, cars, and trucks. Other than that, it's a great location. In Saigon, you have to know how to play Frogger and that doesn't matter where you stay. Besides that, the hallways are super warm and humid. The unit offers an immediate repriefe from the heat.

I booked this place just because of the infinity pool and turned out it is not an actual infinity pool at all, the pool is so small and crowded. The agent had nasty attitude. The apartment had sewerage smell, mold and so dirty. You can find up to 10th generation of cockroaches living with you, they are crawling around daytime so imagine when you turned off the lights. If they have minus star , i would give them that . And it was over priced. Go with different agents they give you better room and better deal. This is my worst experience . This apartment should not be on Expedia. Please considering

Excellent stay ! The manager was accessible by WhatsApp and responded very quickly, great security, cleanliness, service…very happy we stayed there!

The host was very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. I just wish the bathroom light would have been brighter. Overall, it was a great stay!

Disgusting. Stains everywhere! Pillows, bed sheets, kitchens, mirrors, bathrooms etc. were no clean. Extremly long wait for the elevators. Only 1 part of Apt. B elevator can only go down, not up? High traffic, building is next to a bridge? Rude property staff. The person did not greet, (I didn't who he was. It was a random stupid person directing me to the apartment), and didn't want to speak to me directly in vietnamese. It was strange and uncomfortable at check in. There are better places in other Districts. This place is the worst.

Clean and friendly host

Exceptional service, lovely property with a beautiful view from the window, clean, safe, has good size swimming pool with a great area for relaxing or even working around the pool. A very good location, conveniently close to the District 1 centre. Highly recommended!

I was satisfied with the concierge's very courteous service.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Apartment facilities were great - particularly the air conditioning, washing machine and filtered water being provided. Great location to main hotspots in Ho Chi Minh City (usually within 5-15 mins drive). Could improve the bath towels provided (very small and no pool towels provided). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. There was confusion around check-in and we spent about an hour trying to find someone to check in with. Once we were connected, our host was very helpful. The property is nice. Simple. It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected but it also wasn’t dirty.

It was a great place to stay. The host was very accommodating. Everything was provided as advertised. Nice having a washing machine and detergent. Very convenient with a market downstairs. A lady sold Banh Mi in the alley behind the place for only 15k VND (less than $1).

The owner of the property is very nice. The receptionist and the security are very helpful.However, the check in arrangements are confused. And the location not very convenient, which is far away from tourist area.
