I was not overly impressed. I booked a "one-bedroom apartment". Clean, quiet, all was there. But there is no windows looking out, so wven though I was on the 6th floor, I might as well have stayed in a basement.
If you are only there to sleep, then it is a very comfortable place, but for longer stays make sure you have a window looking out.
Also, the kitchen was hardly fully equipped. One pan, one pot, one fork, one spoon, one knife, some chopsticks, a rice cooker and some plates was all I had to work with. So if you need/wish to cook your own food, look elsewhere.

This looks like a hotel that isn’t quite complete. The reception looks very unwelcoming and vague (the entrance to which I only just managed to find down an un-signposted alley). The staff were pleasant enough but couldn’t help with a simple request of a bottle opener ( the room didn’t have one).
The apartment was clean and Newly furnished, and I appeared to have my own terrace, which had a lovely view of the city and the lake.
There were also some very interesting bars and restaurants just round the corner.
The overall area is obviously in the process of being updated, but there are still numerous simple places to eat.

Excellent apart-hotel experience from start to finish. It's clear this hotel is very well managed and is paying close attention to the details. High level of staff discipline and friendliness is evident every time you interact. That is not always easy for a hospitality business to pull off, but they are certainly doing it well. I switched to this apartment from another hotel, and as a result of my experience I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Hanoi.

I was not overly impressed. I booked a "one-bedroom apartment". Clean, quiet, all was there. But there is no windows looking out, so wven though I was on the 6th floor, I might as well have stayed in a basement.
If you are only there to sleep, then it is a very comfortable place, but for longer stays make sure you have a window looking out.
Also, the kitchen was hardly fully equipped. One pan, one pot, one fork, one spoon, one knife, some chopsticks, a rice cooker and some plates was all I had to work with. So if you need/wish to cook your own food, look elsewhere.
