+ nice room, clean mattress, blanket, pillows, full equipment - bathroom always has bad smell from pipes ( sink or toilet) - You should chose a room with big window for more light - its a type of Korean hotel, so if you are not Korean, it will be hard for you to find a tv channel - which you can understand

The staff is very nice, helpful. Location is good and convenience. But I have a issue: I forgot my selfie stick in the room after check out. I inform the receptionist but when I returned, they said that there is nothing in my room. It's not expensive but this issue made me uncomfortable and I think they need to recheck their room service.

중심지에서 아주 가까운 골목 입구에 꽤 괜찮은 냄비 요리와 그릴 레스토랑이 있습니다. 헤어드라이어가 가열되지 않아 시간 낭비입니다. 옷장에서 약간 냄새가 나는데, 심하지는 않지만 답답해요. TV로 기본적인 것들을 볼 수 있습니다. 나머지 직원들은 매우 정중하고 친절했습니다. 객실은 사진과 같고 깨끗합니다. 단기 및 야간 작업에 적합합니다. 가격대비 괜찮아요

호텔이 너무 좋고 직원들이 친절했습니다. Hung은 체크인과 체크아웃에 정말 도움이 되었습니다.

The hotel is good but they don't offer any meals. Their host also doesn't speak or understand very little English and we always rely on google translate to communicate. Near restaurants are mostly Koreans. It is also very near Intercontinental Landmark 72

서비스나 편의 시설이 없습니다. 광고한 것만큼 편리하지 않고, 문 잠금장치가 고장나서 잠글 수 없습니다. 방을 바꾸고 싶다고 요청했지만 허락받지 못했습니다. 그리고 2박을 했는데도 방 잠금장치가 고쳐지지 않았어요. Wf는 때로는 이용 가능하고, 때로는 이용 불가능해요. 4박 동안 객실을 예약했지만 모든 면에서 불편을 느꼈습니다. 핫라인에 연락했지만 아무도 응답하지 않았습니다. 30분 일찍 체크인할 수 있도록 도와준 것에 대해 플러스 포인트를 줬어요.

Tôi đã có một kì nghỉ tương đối thoải mái. Phòng sạch, đồ trong phòng đầy đủ và chu đáo và chăm sóc khách rất kĩ trong từng món đồ , có cả bàn ủi nên rất vui cho những người đi du lịch, chỉ tiếc khách sạn cách âm hơi kém nên hơi ồn, nhất là trong phòng vệ sinh. Mong khách sạn cải thiện phần này tốt hơn

Such a new and nice hotel! The room is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are helpful and kind too.

경비원과 접수원은 매우 친절하고 전문적입니다. 방은 좀 작지만 편의시설은 충분하고, 욕실은 꽤 좁고, 프로젝터가 좀 흐릿해요
