HOW TO GET TO RESORT: - After travelling to Can Tho City, the Arrival Pavilion in the city provides a relaxing setting to prepare for the boat transfer to our resort. On arrival at the Arrival Pavilion, our team will meet you and co-ordinate the boat transfer to resort on Con Au islet, this journey takes approximately 7 minutes. Arrival Pavilion Address: 10 SONG HAU STREET, CAI KHE WARD, NINH KIEU DISTRICT, CAN THO CITY. BOAT SCHEDULE : Our shuttle boat is available 24/7, and our team will arrange the boat upon guest’s request. Resort offers boat transfers between the Arrival Pavilion on the mainland and the resort on Con Au islet with details as below: - Check-In and Check-Out: Complimentary boat transfers for both check-in and check-out. Our team will arrange the boat based on your arrival and departure times - For other boat transfers during the stay, we have a daily Complimentary Boat Schedule as follows: + A boat will depart from resort on islet to the Arrival Pavilion every hour at the o'clock hour (e.g., at 01:00, 02:00, 3:00). + Additionally, every half-hour following the above schedule, a boat will depart from the Arrival Pavilion to the resort on islet (e.g., at 01:30, 02:30, 03:30). + For any unscheduled trips, there will be a charge of VND 95,000 net per ticket for a round trip or a Day Pass Ticket at VND 195,000 net per ticket per day, which allows for multiple uses by the guest. We're pleased to mention that this fee is waived for children under 12 years old. You can conveniently acquire a "Boat Ticket" at our Reception counter.

Cần Thơ - Tại nhà chờ Pavilion có bãi đậu xe miễn phí và có nhân viên sắp xếp ca-nô để quý khách sang khu nghĩ dưỡng. Thời gian đi ca-nô mất khoảng 5 phút. Tổng đài Lễ Tân hỗ trợ 24/7: +84 292 3627888 Lịch tàu: Tàu vận chuyển khách qua sông luôn có sẵn 24/7 và phục vụ miễn phí khi khách hàng nhận phòng và trả phòng. Khi khách đã ở trong resort và muốn ra ngoài thành phố, lịch trình tàu áp dụng như sau: Mỗi giờ sẽ có một chuyến tàu khởi hành từ resort đến Arrival Pavilion vào giờ chẵn (ví dụ: đúng 01:00, 02:00, 03:00). Cách mỗi 30 phút sau lịch trình trên, sẽ có một chuyến tàu khởi hành từ Arrival Pavilion về resort (ví dụ: 01:30, 02:30, 03:30). Đối với các chuyến đi không theo lịch trình, vui lòng đến quầy Lễ tân để mua “Vé tàu khứ hồi” giá 95,000 VND net/vé hoặc “Vé ngày” giá 195,000 VND net/vé (không giới hạn số chuyến trong ngày). Miễn phí cho tất cả trẻ em dưới 12 tuổi.
