오키드 호텔 후에

신투어리스트 옆이라 선택했어요. 저렴한 가격에 기대가 크지 않았는데... 웰컴 과일부터 다른호텔과 차이가 나서 놀랐습니다. 직원분들은 매우 친절하시고 시설은 세월의 흔적이 있지만 관리가 잘 되어 있어요. 호텔 조식은 가짓 수가 많은 편은 아니지만 신경써서 만들어 졌고 맛도 좋아요. 베트남 여행 중 최고로 만족스러운 호텔이었어요.

여행자거리 중심에 위치해 있어 좋아요.대체적으로 친절하며, 머물렀던 방 샤워기가 문제가 약간있었던것 외 좋아요

Situated within a great inside downtown & really friendly all staff.

룸컨디션, 위치, 직원 친절함 모두 만족. 다만 창문이 막힌 룸을 배정해준것이 아쉬움

We were group of 4 people and booked a family room. We were very happy staying 2days here. Breakfast was great and place was tidy. All the staffs were very frendily and nice. We were very satisfied with everythng...we definetely want to stay here next time if we have a chance.

스텝 모두가 친절했고 조식 먹는 식당은 아주 좁았지만 있을 건 다 있었습니다. 특히 다양한 과일이 많아서 좋았습니다. 잘 때 에어컨 소리인지 냉장고 소리인지가 조금 큰 거 빼고는 전체적으로 괜찮았습니다. 위치도 여행자 거리와 가까워 이동이 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 어떻게든 도와주려는 스텝들의 모습이 매우 인상적인 곳이었습니다.

Great stay - the breakfast in particular was amazing, with a great selection. The room was nice and big, and the bathroom is a bit old-fashioned but functional. On a Saturday night the noise from outside was pretty loud, but it didn’t continue too late.

It is close to major attractions around the area, free breakfast and good location. It is good for the money. I would stay next stay again next time.

スタッフは礼儀正しく親切で安心感がある。部屋の清潔感も問題ないが水回りが要改善。一番の問題はシャワーの水圧が弱い点とバスタブに溜まった水の排水が分かりにくい点。逆に気になったのはそのくらいで他は全て良かった。朝食はメニューから注文するタイプ。早朝チェックアウトだったが、開店前の時間にもかかわらず朝食食べませんかと声をかけてくれた。断ったが融通がきく感じ。2泊だったけど気持ちよく過ごせた。スタッフに感謝している。

The staff are absolutely out of this world. They were very kind and made small talk every day. When I booked an additional night through Expedia, I had accidentally booked a different kind of room, but they allowed me to stay in my current room for my convenience. During checkout, I had 6 hours until my flight, so they offered to let me access their sister location to use their pool until my flight instead of waiting at the airport all day. The water is hot, and the hotel is in the perfect location in the center of the weekend Walking Street (just be sure to arrive before 6pm on Fridays-Sundays before they close down the roads). Could not recommend this place enough! I loved my time here and in Hue.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our visit to Hue and our stay in Orchid Hotel. Room was very confortable. Sunny, Linda and the hotel staff made our stay enjoyable. Thank you. Vietnam is a beautiful country in so many ways.

The staff was amazing especially the front desk. She had perfect English and was so helpful with accommodations

Très bruyant la nuit

This was a very nice room, however, the windows looked out on a brick wall. I wasn’t expecting that.. The breakfast was good, the staff were wonderful. It’s an extremely busy noisy tourist center of Hue but because we had the brick wall outside our window, we didn’t hear any of it at night! I would recommend this hotel, but another room in it. I looked in some others that were being cleaned the next morning and they were large and wonderful.

Bit run down, not overly clean. Very noisy outside, even on the 7th floor, no blackout curtains, so don't expect much sleep. Staff are friendly, breakfast was ok.

Our 3 night stay was excellent.The room and bathroom large and clean. Location was great The entire staff at the hotel was wonderful. Emma could not do enough for us. She is an incredible asset to the hotel. Breakfast was also great. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and my overwhelming feeling was that it is incredibly good value. There's a free breakfast with cooked-to-order items, there's free snacks in the room when you check in, the rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you would need for a convenient stay. And most importantly, the staff as so super friendly and helpful (especially Elena who was fantastic and organised a driver to take us out to the tombs on the outskirts of Hue). On the down side, there is some background street/bar noise at night, but this didn't stop us from sleeping. There are ear plugs if you need them but we didn't. I would 100% stay here again. Really great value stay.
