객실은 보통이었고, 직원들은 매우 친절하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 반면 조식 맛,등 퀄리티는 좀 아쉬었습니다.

좋은 테라스가 있는 시내 호텔을 원해서 갔는데 완전히 망했읍니다. 테라스는 장식용이고, 사진용 이었읍니다. 사진보고 갔다가 여러가지가 최악 이었읍니다.

방 깨끗하고 직원 친절하고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 그리고 위치가 바닷가 앞이라 바다에서 놀고 숙소로 이동하기 너무 편했습니다.

I feel very comfortable when I stay paracel hotel . It was nice location too. I recommand for foreign traveller.

룸상태는 깨끗하였으나 조식은 형편없고 호텔시설은 별로였음 4성급이라고는 믿어지지 않음

This was a nice hotel in a good location right across the street from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. My room was very comfortable and clean. There are a few wall dings here and there with sloppy repairs, but didn’t feel dated. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. I did use the gym and it was unorganized and the equipment is old, but I managed to get a couple of good workouts in. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots to pick from, but the coffee wasn’t good at all. The staff however were fantastic. They are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place and stay again.

4月中旬に利用。 立地は良く、裏通りには安価な飲食店とマッサージ店あり。 無料の朝食は、4泊したため、2回だけ利用。 ビュッフェ会場は、少し狭く、品数も少ない。韓国人の利用が多く、サンドイッチにキムチが入っていた！

I had a wonderful stay hete. Everything was great.

Staff were very rude, did not even provided water in room. Did not provide iron box in room. Basic facilities .no smart tv, only vietnamese channels. Breakfast menu caters only local people. Not suitable for international travellers. Monotonous boring menu.Mostly rice and meat oprions.Not worth of money. Stay was not comfortable . Bed not sufficient for 4 did not provide extra mattress. Overall not happy with accomodation . End of our stay charged 30000 saying spoon missing. Surprisingly same done tp to a fellow traveller.looks weird only spoons missing.There was free airport taxi on promotion but hotel did not provide one. Staff are very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. In my 10 yrs od travel this is worst experience. Only good thing is hotel was infront of beach. I would not recommend anyone with family looking for decent stay. First time i regret booking through expedia .. very bad experience

客室は不良なを指摘すると即別室変更対応してもらった。　朝食は満足いく物であった。スタッフの教育は更に必要である。

We had a wonderful 8 day stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, we particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and fruit juices. The staff were wonderful and we enjoyed getting massages at the spa. We plan on staying here again next time we are in Da Nang.

Breakfast is good and variety .

Generally it is a nice hotel. Good value for a hotel right by My Khe beach. The location is excellent, right across the beach and close to restaurants, bars, etc. It must have been beautiful when first built but is getting a little dated. The breakfast is pretty good, including made to order eggs and Vietnamese noodle soup. The rooftop pool is nice but the clouded glass windows around the pool make it difficult to enjoy the view. Our room had a nice partial view of the ocean but the deposits on the window also took away from the view. I am still not sure why but there was some confusion about our reservation. In any case, they were good about reconfiguring our rooms as king beds rather than two twin beds as they were on arrival. Unfortunately, the rooms seem better configured for twin beds as all the power outlets are in the centre of the wall behind the bed. So it meant no nightstand by my side of the bed and no spot to plug in, or charge, anything on either side of the bed. There were outlets on the other side of the room which worked fine but not my preference. There was no safe in the room, which is also something we like having. We could hear music in the room from local restaurants/bars (which is common for hotels in this popular area) but they seemed to shut down around 10pm so it wasn’t a problem for sleeping.

Nice clean hotel in a good area, the staff was very helpful from the time of the booking specially Nancy Nguyen, she was helpful for all our needs before we arrived. I will definitely recommend this hotel for any kind of stay. The breakfast for wonderful, taking care of all kind of clients.
