Paracel 비치 호텔

합리적인 가격에 비록 규모는 작지만 루프탑 수영장(인피니티 풀과는 약간 차이 있음)도 있고 조식도 나쁘지 않은 가성비 좋은 4성급 호텔. 청결 상태 우수하고 부분 조망으로 미케비치도 보여 좋음. 아쉬운 점은 금고도 고장. 프론트로 연락하는 전화도 고장. 기본에 충실하지 못해 아쉬웠으나 조치는 빠르게 이루어졌음.

객실은 보통이었고, 직원들은 매우 친절하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 반면 조식 맛,등 퀄리티는 좀 아쉬었습니다.

좋은 테라스가 있는 시내 호텔을 원해서 갔는데 완전히 망했읍니다. 테라스는 장식용이고, 사진용 이었읍니다. 사진보고 갔다가 여러가지가 최악 이었읍니다.

방 깨끗하고 직원 친절하고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 그리고 위치가 바닷가 앞이라 바다에서 놀고 숙소로 이동하기 너무 편했습니다.

I feel very comfortable when I stay paracel hotel . It was nice location too. I recommand for foreign traveller.

Hotel might have done a tick to make it to the standard of 4 star hotel - upon my stay, person who being the luggage to the room was struggling to carry all 4 suitcase in two hand - they didn’t have trolley to carry luggage or choose not to use it. Amenities are poor condition- NO conditioner or Body Lotion provided. Upon request for Iron - advised additional charge to use it. Heard first time in 4/5 star hotel. Breakfast was average quality - then decided not to have breakfast at all. It could be their busy season but amenities and service must not be compromised.

Pros: Located across the beach, breakfast was delicious with lots of options and family friendly. Best value hotel for beach front. Cons: Room was outdated. Bathroom was dingy with water leaking from toilet hose spray and shower due to tub/shower combo design. Shower window shade needs cleaning as well. Plus bathtub is too high, you can easily slip and fall coming out of it. Also, it’s no smoking, but smoke would come through the central air system. Every room door has an alarm when it’s not closed. Good for safety but not when you’re trying to sleep and neighbors door goes off all the time.

Rummet var alldeles för liten för 4 personer, man borde inte kunna boka ett rum som har tänkt för 2 när man är 4 personer. Fick betala för extra person men ingen säng ingår, så du behöver betaka för en extra säng också. Så det blev ganska dyrt slutändan. Städerska ringer på kl 9 varje morgon o ville komma in o städa. Eftersom som vi har sovande barn så vi tackade nej. Så 4 nätter utan städning. Väldig högljudda musik på kvällarna från pubar på stranden.

I rated hotel as 3-3 1/2 stars, not 4 for the old & cleaning of the hotel . Convenient location, however next hotel is Bé Biển restaurant with fews trash cans at front that had very bad smell when we walked through to the hotel. Day time in hotel’s elevators ,they put the mats maybe for guest swimming sand, but looked messy when using. Rooms’ lobby had bad mold smell. Overall is ok for staying.

-Good reception staff especially Nancy who communicated mostly through WhatsApp by arranging our trips to Bana Hills and Hoi An and the price was very comparable to the outside grab and it’s more convenient to have the trips and car arranged for you. The other staff at reception was also very friendly and helpful by answering any questions and providing information such as where to go shopping and eating. The breakfast buffet could be improved as the quality was not consistent. We stayed at the hotel for five nights and in some days the buffet was run out of fruits, meat especially the meat is essential for certain dishes. For example, there is no meat (chả lụa) for á dish called bánh hỏi at about 8:30 in the morning although the buffet is not closed until 9:30. But there was a waitress there by the name of Thanh Ngan who was very friendly and came to our table to ask how were everything and asked for feedback and stuffs. However, the room service was kinda horrible as there were hair and stains in both twin beds and we had to talk to reception to have the bedsheets changed in the middle of the night after 12 a.m. in the morning. We gave a big tip to the guy/night shift housekeeper who probably had to wake up to change the bed sheets for us. The next couple of days in the middle of my shower there was no shower gel and I had to tell reception to have someone to replenish the shower gel, then the shower room was clogged and we had to let the reception know again. . Overall ok.

Breakfast buffet is a great deal as it offers a lot of different choices. Great location as it is in front of the beach. We stayed during the Food Tour which made it lively with music entertainment at night.

I recently stayed at Parcel Hotel in an Ocean View Room with a balcony. While there were some positives, the experience did not fully meet my expectations. The buffet service was plentiful, with several meat and vegetarian options, juices, and coffee. The ocean view from the room was nice, but the balcony was much smaller than expected—really only large enough for one person to stand comfortably. There was also no chair or seating provided, which made the balcony feel underutilized. The biggest issue was the bathroom and shower area. Water regularly leaked out from the shower onto the room floor, causing visible water damage to the flooring. We had to stack several towels on the ground to absorb the water and prevent it from spreading throughout the room. The pool area was also somewhat disappointing. It was quite small, and the ocean view was partially obstructed, which reduced the appeal of spending time there. Overall, the hotel has potential, particularly with its location and ocean-facing rooms, but maintenance issues and some misleading expectations around the balcony and pool detracted from the stay.

The view from my room balcony was incredible. Full beach view. Beds were comfortable and rooms a good size, not small. Bathroom was big. Tub/shower was a 2 foot height to climb into to shower, could be hard for elderly persons. The breakfast buffet included was a large and great selection of food. Pool area was nice and seperate area for children. Walking distance to many restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Beach view was amazing! The reception staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was old and needs some work - water damage in entrance, bathroom floods when shower used. Breakfast was good with lots of choices however so many table and chairs are cramped in its hard to move around. Okay for families - wouldn’t recommend for couples or friends holiday

Enjoyed our stay at the Paracel but I will point out 2 things to be aware of: 1. The step over bath showers are very high and probably not suitable if you are a bit older or not very flexible, a little dangerous to be honest (note to self - filter for walk in shower in future) 2. There is no bar, staff or drinks service at the rooftop pool. There was no atmosphere in pool area and because of this, only used the pool once.
