A wonderful little home-away-from-homestay. The owner Le Tan speaks great English & was most helpful; she sorted my special room requests, organised taxis & even made calls to check on the tour I’d signed up for. Highly recommended!

Only short walk to main shops, 30min from train station, fridge in room is a nice feature, other guests noisy and there was smoking in stairway, major downside was ants in room. Otherwise cheap and cheerful

Not to be harsh...but prior reviews--which influenced my decision to book here--vastly overstate the property. It is a very basic motel / nha nghi. Nothing more or less. Everything was very basic, with a hard bed. Value for money is average. Not bad...just wish to rectify past reviews. It is a fine 1 star.

the hoster arranged to rent me a motorbike for only 100 hundreds. i rode it to explore the charming old town square and reach two pretty mausoleums. i did my laundry at hotel with affordable price. in the last, asked a bus heading south. great experience.

The hotel is a homestay/motel. It’s clearly a family run operation with the new infant present much of the time too, but the rooms are of the nature of hotel rooms. It is a unpretentious place at a low price. The family will also do laundry for you at local prices, not hotel prices. There are plenty of places to eat nearby

For the price, this is a fantastic option. While you are not right where all the major attractions are located, you are definitely in easy reach. Additionally, the rooms are a very nice size and simple.

施設は清潔で、部屋も4階のバルコニー付きで眺めも良く快適でした。エレベーターもあったので便利でした。ただ、シャワーがお湯をためておくようなタイプで追い炊きにちょっと時間がかかりました。また、朝食付きのはずでしたが、ついてませんでした。スタッフも親切でした。

Amazing customer service. Owner even offered to front me $25 for my tour because I was low on cash. And the hotel was only $10 per night!

Excellent! Ambiance familiale et sécuritaire. Leurs aides est précieuse. Le personnel est très avenant et plusieurs parlent anglais. Dao du personnel de maintenance est très serviable et gentille. Situé à l'extérieur du centre-ville donc tranquille. Ascenseur est pratique. Je m'y sens comme à ma maison. Je le recommende fortement.

Very good for the price. Owner was very friendly. I forgot my charger in the room and left for the airport. The owner drove there to find me and returned it to me while I was checking in.

Everything was perfect, good location, good service, they even changed our matress as the first one was rock hard (common in asia)

Lovely wee family run motel just 10 minutes walk from the main drag. Very friendly and accommodating.
