신축 호텔이라 깔끔하고 친절했습니다. 로비와 체육관에서 좋은 향기가 나는데 그 향기가 너무 진해서 살짝 머리가 아픈 것 빼고는 모든게 좋았어요!

Great location. Excellent room

Booked a last minute holiday to Da Nang with my husband and took some time browsing the hotels. I knew I wanted something luxurious for a great price and I also really wanted a suite for comfort and space. I stumbled across the Raddison Red and immediately was intrigued by the aesthetic of the hotel and they had a suite available. To me, price was reasonable and still very cheap for the level of service and quality of the hotel. I surprised my husband with this hotel upon arrival and he was in love. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself was well maintained including common areas such as the pool and gym, buffet breakfast every morning was amazing - great selection, beach view was serene and our room was cleaned twice a day with toiletries and towels all replenished! The location was also not bad for us as shops and markets were all within a 10 min drive. My only feedback would be that the aircon was not very strong even though we would put it on the lowest temp and strongest fan - we were there in the middle of a heat wave so I can imagine the entire building aircon working overtime. We just left the aircon on for the entirety of our stay and it sufficed to cool us down enough. The mini bar fridge was also not cold enough and the food and drinks we tried to store was not kept cold/went back quickly. Other than that, these were minor inconveniences but thank you Raddison Red for your exceptional service and hospitality over the 5 nights.

Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist das man überall am Pool und an der rooftopbar rauchen durfte.

Die Zimmer waren absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

What an amazing hotel, a mix of luxury and fun. As a solo traveller the gym is a must and it has a really good gym. The location, food and amenities are excellent overall, I would highly recommend

Freundliches Personal

After spending 1 week in Da nang off its beach promenade, i decided to try north of the strip where its calmer and higher standard of hotels. I found Raddison Red; a chic new hotel for 6 days. Couple of things i found they could improve on. 1) i stayed at the 12th floor, shower pressure was on and off. The hot water would get pump out every 30 secs or so with skin burning temperature . I didn’t expect that from a nice new hotel. 2) Breakfast was good for the first 2 days then it got really boring for rest of the week. It was the same exact food every time.3) Room service was missed once and i had to call for towels and water. 4)staff are generally nice but lack of conversation skill. Staff training probably needs to step up a notch, especially for an international hotel. Overall, i think the hotel its above average and probably one of the better ones around the strip. Would i recommend it? Maybe, only if i need a decent place the last min.
