I waited an hour once I arrived for them to come check me in. You are not allowed to use the pool or the gym. This is because, According to the sign in front of the building, it is illegal to use apartments for short term stays so pool and gym are for permanent residents

Don’t book this hotel, it is a SCAM! You never get the hotel that you have booked and everything with Saigon central apart- infinity pool & gym is a scam. When we first arrived at the area we meet a representative from the apartments that excused himself and told us that they had just had a electrical malfunction and that he could give us an even better apartment for the night. We said no several times and told him that we wanted the room. After a little while we said ok to just go and have a look at the other apartment. When we got to the other apartment that was in an other area much further away the apartment we was shown was dirty, didn’t look as the pictures, had dark spots of mold in the bathroom was so filthy. We said that we didn’t wanted to stay there and that they should give us our money back or fix a hotel for us. After 2 hours of us arguing with them and trying to find a hotel that was open for 4 people in the middle of the night we said ok to stay there just 1 night with a promise that everything would be fixed as soon as they could reach their manager in the morning. We gave them a deadline of 10 o’clock the next day for us to be in another apartment in the right area where we had booked our stay from the beginning. The day after the stopped replying to us, to Expedia that tried to help us and we almost needed to call the police before we got our money back. The manager who is a lady should be ashamed of what she is putting family’s through.

Achtung Betrug! Alle 10/10 Bewertungen sind gekauft oder gefälscht. Niemand kann diesen Raum als 10/10 sauber empfinden: überall Schimmelspuren, gebrochene Oberflächen, Toilette tropft, Dreck und nicht funktionierende Geräte (z.B. TV). Als erstes wird man in ein WhatsApp-Chat hinzugefügt mit 9 unbekannten Personen. Am ersten Abend wurde ich abgeholt und aus unbekannten Gründen in ein anderes schlechtes Apartment gebracht - ich könne erst morgen in die Wohnung einchecken. Eine Rückerstattung / Minderung gab es auf Nachfrage nicht, da das provisorische Apartment 2 Zimmer hatte (wovon das eine geschlossen war), obwohl ich für Pool und Gym bezahlt habe. Es war ein riesen Aufwand das Apartment zu wechseln (zuerst wollte man mich und meinen grossen Koffer mit einem Roller transportieren?!). Ins Gym kann man nur nach aufwändiger Registrierung des Fingerprints, welches ebenfalls wieder Personal vor Ort erfordert. Ausstattung NICHT wie beschrieben, es ist ein „Schrankbett“ und hart wie ein Brett! Es ist nicht mal vielleicht über 30$ pro Nacht wert! Bitte buchen Sie es nicht - das Apartment benötigt einen kompletten Umbau, was ich nicht denke, dass dies geschehen wird. Glauben Sie den realen 2/10 Bewertungen bei dieser Unterkunft. Ich war in mehreren Unterkünften auf meiner 2 Monate Vietnam-Reise: das war mit ABSTAND die schlimmste Unterkunft und verlorenes Geld!

horrible communication plus not worth it

This place is a con. Avoid. Looks nothing like the photos, was shown an alternative room just as bad. Filthy, unkept, bad smell... still reading? Just don't stay here. We arrived and then left, found somewhere else. We're backpackers so fairly used to some average stays.

Good coffee shops nearby.

The location was great and the building was nice - secure and good amenities like coffee shop, pool, grocery and pharmacy. The apartment was ok but not in the best condition in terms of cleanliness.

The booking said there was a microwave, free wifi, and a memory foam mattress. None of those things came with the room. Did not have wifi for 90% of our stay. Only 2 small towels were provided to dry our hands, dishes and bodies with. The Bed was so uncomfortable and about 2 inches thick.

I was expecting an active host during my stay instead of which communication was by means of a WhatsApp group (albeit efficient and responsive at all times). The property was not clean when I arrived and is in need of decoration. The air conditioning worked well but overall the property has a very tired feeling to it. I did not have any personal meeting with the owner during my stay despite me reaching out to say that i was disappointed with the state of the department. The property itself isn't in a bad area and the security staff outside the block are both efficient and helpful. Grab works well too. The stay could easily have been improved with the offer of an upgrade or a personal visit, there was no real effirt made other than to send a maid to clean. I latterly stayed in a boutique hotel which i think offered better value for money than the apartment.

DO NOT BOOK HERE Firstly the communication is awful, and all managed via WhatsApp. Any support you require would either take hours to come, or not be received. The room I received was much worse than in the pictures and was also surrounded by construction work. The bathroom floor was soaking and there was no toilet roll. I was running around for an hour trying to use the local amenities which in the end I was only able to use because someone else at the hotel managed to let me in. Otherwise I’d be waiting even longer to be set up on a finger print scanner. In person staff members will not help you and will instead direct you to use your WhatsApp group. I had booked this at the end of a three week travelling trip as a way to relax before I went home. It was worse than any hostel I had stayed at. I didn’t even spend the night there and instead moved to a hostel in the city which had much better staff and facilities (of course I couldn’t get my money back despite such bad service).

Positive things: (shortest to list) - spacious place. - great pool. - Great location. (If you have a scooter or use grab) Negative things: - lack of cleaning! - Long hair in shower, floor, furniture ect. - all furnitures were sticky and had stains. - mold in corners of showers, sinks, sealing ect. - shelfs were dusty. - toilet seat was broken. I could go on and on... All in all this place could use a good scrub down cleaning and a fresh-up of the interior of the room. Would I stay here again?... - NO.

This is a nice condon with a perfect location. I really enjoy swimming in this pool. Surely come back !

The host was very accommodating. Check-in was smooth. The stay was very comfortable and the Wi-fi was good. The pool and gym in the building were an added plus. The location was convenient along with the supermarket downstairs

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY FAKE PHOTOS. This property uses othwr apartments photos, its dirty, disgusting, old, falling apart, pillows smelly and destroyed. This property should not be allowed to rent. I have time stamped photos of everything experienced as proof. Do not stay here trust me, and thank me later

Great choice for staying in Saigon ! Location is safe and accessible to grab the ride !
