규모가 작은 호텔이었지만 직원들 모두 친절하고 서비스에 최선을 다하는 모습이 좋았으며 입지 조건이 좋아 주요 관광지에 접근성이 양호함

Smart and friendly staff. Good and fresh dinner and abf. Good room. Better suggestions high floor up 5~ because just righ enter is market. They wake call 8 am automatically. Front manager was well known how to serve to clients. Specifically check out time. Thanks to them. Definitely come again.

L’accueil est chaleureux et personnalisé dès l’arrivée, on se sent tout de suite pris en charge. La chambre est magnifique, confortable et parfaitement équipée. L’hôtel est irréprochable : propreté impeccable, services de grande qualité et un personnel attentionné à tous les niveaux. Une expérience 5 étoiles du début à la fin. Je recommande sans hésitation !

The whole experience was perfect. Staff was so accomodating, they helped us carry the luggages up the stairs, beautiful welcome treats and detailed check-in instruction, the hotel interior itself has won many awards, the room is warm and clean, it has everything we need during our stay. Staff offered to keep our luggage after check-out until we were ready to head to airport. They even offer afternoon tea and access to shower and pool when we have checked out. The short walk to everything was also a bonus point. We look forward to be back.

Staff are really thoughtful with the complimentary flowers and wine to celebrate our anniversary. Staff were truly amazing and friendly throughout the stay. Buffet options were really good too, love their local options. Bath tub is a great addition too! With the jacuzzi function. Definitely one of the highlight of the trip is staying in Silverland Ben Thanh! Will be back!

Satisfactory stay with good breakfast and fantastic hospitality

I had a great stay at Silverland Ben Thanh, and several things really stood out. The room was exceptionally clean, with thoughtful details that made it feel both comfortable and modern. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which added a warm touch to the experience. We also appreciated the amenities, especially the relaxing common areas and overall atmosphere of the hotel. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is that a few small details, such as the buffet didn't quite have all that we expected but that was minor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Missing a few items as commodation in the room ex: toothbrush. They didnt change the bedding as we had accidently spilled drink and it was visible. Very good staff, polite, respectufll and professjonall.
