Smart and friendly staff. Good and fresh dinner and abf. Good room. Better suggestions high floor up 5~ because just righ enter is market. They wake call 8 am automatically. Front manager was well known how to serve to clients. Specifically check out time. Thanks to them. Definitely come again.

Silverland Hotel Ben Thanh is, without question, one of the best and most modern hotels in Saigon. We choose to stay here every time we visit because it consistently delivers outstanding service, excellent amenities, a prime location, and exceptional value. The level of customer service is remarkable. Every staff member is warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. During our most recent stay, we hosted my sister’s wedding welcome party on the rooftop, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make the event special. They worked closely with us to accommodate our food requests and assisted with decorating the space, creating an intimate and romantic setting with beautiful views of the city. Their attention to detail and willingness to exceed expectations made the evening truly memorable. The guest rooms and bathrooms are stylish, modern, and impeccably clean. The design is both elegant and functional, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. Large windows provide excellent views of Saigon and the Ben Thanh area, adding to the overall experience. The location is unmatched. The hotel is located directly next to Ben Thanh Market, making it easy to shop, dine, and explore throughout the day, then return to your room to drop off purchases before heading back out. Major malls, restaurants, and popular District 1 attractions are all within walking distance, which makes getting around extremely convenient.

Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and they consistently go above and beyond to make your stay special. They worked with us to source the exact food we wanted and helped decorate the space beautifully, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere with stunning city views. It was such a memorable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. The rooms and bathrooms are chic, modern, and spotless, with thoughtful details and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-designed, functional, and feel luxurious without being over the top. The views overlooking Saigon and Ben Thanh are also a huge bonus, especially at night. The location is unbeatable—literally right next to Ben Thanh Market. You can shop and eat all day, then easily drop off your bags at the hotel and head back out. You’re within walking distance of malls, restaurants, cafes, and all the best spots in District 1, making it incredibly convenient for both first-time visitors and frequent travelers.

Staying at Silverland Ben Thanh was wonderful from check-in to check-out. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, and an unbeatable location steps from Ben Thanh Market made our trip easy and fun. We loved the in room Jacuzzi bathtub, great breakfast, and walking access to shops, food, and sights.

Das Hotel hat ein sehr schönes Design, besonders haben mir die "Rundungen" gefallen. Tolle Bettwäsche, freundliches Personal. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Würde wieder hier übernachten.

Das Personal war mega freundlich und umsichtig. Ich hatte einen Tag nach meiner Abreise Geburtstag, also erhielt ich am Vortag meiner Abreise einen Anruf der Rezeption, ob ich gerade auf dem Zimmer sei, da man gesehen habe, dass ich einen Tag nach meiner Abreise Geburtstag habe und man mir dennoch gern eine Kleinigkeit auf's Zimmer bringen möchte. Wenige Minuten später kam Ashley gemeinsam mit einer anderen ebenfalls sehr freundlichen Kollegin vorbei und brachte mir ein Stück Kuchen und sie sangen "Happy Birthday" für mich. Was für eine nette und umsichtige Geste. Auch am Abreisetag wurden wir herzlichst von Ashley eingeladen trotz des Check outs am Nachmittag nochmals am Afternoon Tea teilzunehmen, da dieser auch extra für Gäste mit späterer Abreise konzipiert wurde. Auch dies fanden wir sehr umsichtig, da uns der Afternoon Tea immer sehr gut gefiel, da es nicht nur Kuchen und Süßes gab, sondern auch warmen Fingerfood. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und mit einer Whirpoolbadewanne und einer Japanischen Toilette ausgestattet, was man ebenfalls nicht alltäglich in Hotelzimmern vorfindet und den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderen machte.
