체크인/체크아웃 시간
1) The voucher stay date is as the room name. Voucher redemption is valid until 20 May 2022. Additional surcharge may be charged for dates as listed: 30/04/2022 - 02/05/2022 and 24/12/2022 - 05/01/2023 // Voucher có hạn lưu trú như trên tên phòng. Voucher có giá trị sử dụng đến hết ngày 20 tháng 5 năm 2022. Phí phụ thu có thể được tính cho giai đoạn 30/04/2022 - 02/05/2022 và 24/12/2022 - 05/01/2023.
2) Reservation is required prior 03 days to your intended check-in date directly to Traveloka. / Đặt phòng trực tiếp với Traveloka trước ít nhất 03 ngày so với ngày check-in dự kiến.
3) This reservation is subject to the hotel's availability at the time of checking. We highly encourage you to book earlier to secure your stay / Đặt phòng tuỳ thuộc vào tình trạng phòng trống của khách sạn tại thời điểm kiểm tra. Chúng tôi khuyến cáo bạn nên đặt phòng sớm để đảm bảo còn phòng.
4) Reservation will not be considered as “CONFIRMED” until you receive written confirmation from Traveloka. Query over the telephone is not counted as commitment for your reservation. Traveloka is not required to provide verbal confirmation of availability. / Đặt phòng chỉ được tính là “ĐÃ XÁC NHẬN” khi bạn nhận được email xác nhận từ Traveloka. Mọi thoả thuận qua điện thoại không được tính là đã đặt phòng. Chúng tôi không xác nhận bằng lời nói về tình trạng phòng sẵn có.
5) Please prepare your Traveloka voucher ID and Vinpearl Reservation ID upon check-in to the hotel. Hotel reserves the right to deny entry to visitors who are unable to present a valid ID. / Khi check-in vui lòng cung cấp mã phiếu thanh toán khách sạn Traveloka và mã phiếu đặt phòng Vinpearl cho khách sạn. Khách sạn có quyền từ chối những khách hàng không xuất trình giấy tờ tuỳ thân hợp lệ.
6) Voucher purchase and room reservation is non-transferable and non-refundable. / Voucher và phiếu đặt phòng không được phép hoàn tiền hay chuyển nhượng.
7) Reservation will be considered “NO SHOW” and voucher will be considered as “EXPIRED” if arrival does not occur on the date reserved and hotel partner has not received written notification of any emergency delays. / Nếu bạn không tới vào ngày đặt phòng đã hẹn và không thông báo trước cho bên khách sạn, khách đặt phòng bị coi là “VẮNG MẶT” và phiếu thanh toán khách sạn sẽ được xem như “HẾT HẠN SỬ DỤNG”.
