우선..이호텔 영업하지 않아요 어렵게 주변 상인의 도움받아 전화걸었음..20분후 나타남.. 걸어서 따라간 호텔도.체크인이 안됨..기다리라고함..30분뒤 다른 직원 나타나서 따라오라함..또 짐 들고 따라갔음..ㅜㅜ 겨우 체크인 ..온수 티브이 냉장고 고장..낼 고친다고 함..담날..1시간 고치더니..방 옮기라구 함..모든짐을 다시 싸서 내가 직접 들고 옮겨주었음..정신없이 움직이다 보니 체크아웃시 키 분실 통보했더니 ..친절하게도 30만동 달라고함..너희들이 방옮기라고 해서 정신없었다..해도 안된다고 함..우수한 당호텔 정책이라고 함..결국 주고 사옴.. 카운터에 사람 거의 없음..부르고 소리쳐 불러야 나타남 다시는 안갑니다..이놈의 호텔 ..호텔스닷컴에 환불 요청할 예정입니다 이상 2일동안 불편했던 후기입니다

They had some problem with reception, so changed the room to Tancong hotel 1. it was much better hotel

침대가 딱딱한거 외엔 불만없음

가격 좋고 룸 컨디션도 좋음 그러나 바로 옆 건물이 클럽임 방음 전혀 안됨

저렴한 가격에 묵을수 있는 위치 좋은 호텔. 호텔스닷컴의 주소가 잘못되어있는건지 위치와 달라서 찾아가는데 좀 힘들었지만 착한가격이라서 좋았음

Hotel baru renovasi, semua baru, cuma sarapan pagi tidak enak

I think I stayed over a week at this place. Great place for the price. One of the best place I stayed in Vietnam.

Nothing but good things about this place. Free upgrades when available. Employees are helpful and accommodating. Maids checked with you if you needed anything everyday. Location was perfect. Not too far from bars and restaurants and yet it was quiet during nights. I ended up extending my stay twice. After five months of traveling in Asia I needed a break and this was a perfect place.

When I came here to check in they offered a free upgrade. There was original thanh Cong hotel only few feets away from thanh Cong 2 hotel. It must have been a off season for them because the room they had offered was incredible for the price I was paying. Everything was super clean very well maintained. It was in the middle of everywhere. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. One of the best hotels I have seen in Vietnam for the price.

Switched to Thanh Cong one which appears to be newer and nicer.

They offered us free upgrade to Thanh Cong nearby. Thanh Cong is very comfortable, large space, new equipped, good location and service. Breakfast is normal. We like Thanh Cong and will stay again. Only the guests on our floor are quite loud even it was midnight, it disturbed our sleeping

Vet inte riktigt vad som hände men dom sa till oss att vi var tvungna att stanna i samma hotell fast nummer 3, vilket är inte bra, receptionen pratar inte engelska glömde att boka våran buss, sängarna är stenhårda och dom ville städa rummet vid 8, frukosten vara till 8:30 eller 9 och du måste välja frukost dagen innan vilket kan vara ok. Jag skulle inte stanna här igen tyvärr men det var nummer 3 så om dom vill flytta er dig vägra!

We went to check in at the hotel only to find no staff there and a lady across the street telling us to go to Thanh Cong 1. After finding check in we had been upgraded to a newly renovated room which was lovely. The staff couldn’t do enough to help us and organised an extra night easily. We had a great breakfast included and we were well located in regards to all the local places to eat, get a massage and organise tours. I would highly recommend staying at Thanh Cong, however am not entirely sure of the current state of Thanh Cong 2! However with the same company I expect the customer service to be just as good.

This hotel was a great place to expericne Hanoi for the first time. The location is great and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful.

Un rapport qualité prix imbattable au cœur de la ville de Catba. Privilégiez ce type d’hôtel familial au cœur de la ville plutôt que les établissements sans âme éloignés. La gérante est d’une gentillesse formidable, ce genre de personne embellit forcément un peu plus votre voyage. Donc n’hesitez pas à réserver à Thanh Cong 2.

I would stay again :) good area decent room, and cheap.

I was very happy, especially with the price I paid, very cheap. Nice rooms, quiet, elevator and extremely close to the jetty. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by. The room was spacious with nice toiletries and a small fridge. My view was of the harbour over the market, so if you can get the front of the hotel, ask for it. No complaints at all.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. The neighboring club is really annoying though.

Stayed in an Ocean-view triple room. The room was relatively clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable too. Staffs - Mai and Dang - were helpful, patient and friendly. The overall experience of the stay would have been good if not for the non-existent wifi and faulty water supply. During my three nights of stay there, there was no usable wifi signal available and the persistent problem with the cold water supply in the toilet made washing and showering impossible (water was steaming hot in the absence of cold water mixing). This caused great inconvenience and frustration to me as a guest as I had to constantly call on the hotel staff (in the midst of showering at times) to fix the persistent water supply problem. Wifi issue remained unfixed on the day of my check-out. I have to give credit to the staffs though for trying hard to solve the problem as best as they can and I believe they were frustrated with those problems themselves as well which they had little control over with. I hope that the hotel management could resolve those mentioned issues in a sustainable manner (upgrade and fix the wireless network and water supply infrastructure).
