Chăn ga không được sạch sẽ và cũ, kết nối với app để check in rất bất tiện vì trên receipt booking không hề có thông tin địa chỉ căn hộ/phòng đã book, rất khó khăn để tìm kiếm người liên hệ để check in, tôi đã phải loay hoay mất rất nhiều thời gian để gọi cho hotline. Mong cải thiện vấn đề này.
