전에 살았던 곳에 다시 방문할수 있어서 좋았습니다 다소 시내와 떨어져있지만 조용한곳을 원한다면 언제든 좋습니다 기본 편의시설은 1층에 있습니다

뷰도 좋았고 근처 공원이 있어 산책하는 것도 좋았습니다. 룸상태도 만족합니다.

It was good place~~

A serious problem was when we arrived at the reception, there was no one there and it was the night guard and a resident who helped us, but we lost 3 hours until they located my reservation. I arrived at 11:30 pm and only managed to get in at 3:30 am.

It was very dirty and smelly and one night have seen giant cockroach in the bathroom. Every thing in the parlamento was sticky like it never had a proper clean. Just terrible to be in it.

Check in was fine, the agent was very helpful and attentive throughout my stay and answered queries via WhatsApp or zalo. I was only offered room cleaning once every 4 days during my stay, more often might have been better as there was a mouldy smell from the bathroom which seemed unavoidable. I had to request a clean immediately on check in as the room had lots of dust that had been missed by previous cleaner. Everything in the apartment worked fine though and the building itself is very clean. Gym is decent too. The building staff are not very nice and for some reason really despise people who stay in these apartments short term or ‘homestay’ residence as they will refer to you. The one time I queried something at the front desk they literally just tutted at me then fully ignored me lol.

Stunning views over Hanoi. Lovely neighbourhood. Would recommend guests please be advised of additional costs to access pool in the advertisement/ website as it is misleading. Note: accessing pool is additional cost per day Would also recommend brief house manual on: turning cooktop on. Recommend front reception staff and guards on site to also please be advised of guest booking for apartment as the guards were saying “this is not your access card” as they weren’t aware of apartment being rented out. It causes a lot of confusion as access card for apartment is under someone else’s name ? Owner of apartment? Lisa was friendly and helpful with all my enquiries.

Apartment is clean, new and morden. Vinhomes Green Bay is nice, safety and convenient. Host is friendly and nice. I will stay here next trip

Host is very nice, friendly and helpful. Lisa showed me everything near apartment like shops, restaurant, phamarcy store.....She is willing to support me whenever I need. This studio apartment has great view. I can see whole beautiful city from balcony, especially in the evening. This new apartment is very clean and quiet with morden furniture. I highly recommend this place and absolutely will stay here next time. Thanks

New and nice apartment with fully equipment. This area has big lake, nice swimming pool & many restaurants on the 1st floor. K-market, Vinmart, Fresh Garden..... on the 1st floor. Host is very kind and quick respond. Highly recommend
