화이트 로터스 호텔 사이공

3개룸을 2박 이용했습니다. 방음이 안되는 점이 좀 아쉽지만 호텔은 전체적으로 깔끔하고 모든 직원분들은 친절했습니다. 특별히 조식을 준비하시는 분의 넘치는 친절과 도어맨으로 수고하시는 분께서는 크록스뒤에가 떨어진것도 직접 고쳐주실만큼 넘 만족스러웠습니다.

It is a great hotel for the price. It is close to the city center and most of the facilities and functions you need are in the hotel and around it. The most impressive thing is the friendly staff. In the case of Ms. Tammy, I was very impressed by her friendly and attentive service in the breakfast restaurant. The counter staff were also very courteous. This is a hotel I would like to visit again when I go to Ho Chi Minh.

시내에 있어서 관광과 비즈니스 출장에 모두 좋은 위치인 것 같습니다. 전반적을 깨끗해서 좋은 편이나 샤워실 비누나 샴푸의 질이 좀 떨어집니다. 그리고 비누와 샴푸를 담는 케이스가 좋지 않아서 잘 나오지 않습니다. 차라리 고체 비누가 나을 듯 싶습니다.

시내 어디든 연결성이 쉬워 위치가 아주 좋습니다

시설 깔끔하고,친절하고 ,잠자리가 편안하고 낫짱 풍경도 좋습니다. 옥상에 수영장도 깔끔하게 이용하기 편리하게 되어있고 해변가와 가깝습니다.

Great rooms for the price, clean and fresh. Not much noise from the street, still close to nice restaurants and shops. However, one of our rooms did not have any windows. The breakfast was typically Vietnamese and could have benefited from a slightly more international selection to suit everyone in our group. The staff were very service-minded and spoke sufficient English. Overall, we can definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to return.

Nice location, clean, friendly

Good location to reach all signature destinations in Saigon. All staffs are friendly and execellent in customer services. Our appreciation to Tammy, Tina, and Phillip, a good quality hotel with affordable price. Highly recommend.

This is my third time to stay at this hotel in 2025. I like this hotel because of its clean room , staff and its services. For example of Mr Phillip , Mr Andy , Lan and Nhận of the front desk, they always help us when we need them. In the future, I will stay in this hotel again if My group goes to Saigon. Thanks

レタントンの日本人街にも近く、全般的によかったです。 セキュリティボックスの使い方が分からずロックしてしまいましたが、迅速に丁寧に教えてもらえました。 またドアマンのPhillipさんが素晴らしいホスピタリティでいつもにこやかに挨拶してくれました。 また次回も利用したいと思います。

My group of 7pp are very satisfied to stay 4 nights at White lotus hotel because of its excellent services with Phillip & Andy for the front desk and Tammy, Lindy, Victoria and Tina for the breakfast & room cleaning. Rooms are clean . We will be back next month for 4 nights.

It was very comfortable. Especially, staff”Andy”was very kind. And hotel location is convinient.

The hotel is in a good location and not too busy. We left our luggage in the hotel when we arrived early before check in which was good. However, they checked us in then once we got into the room they called us on the room phone to tell us that our room we paid for (the suite) was not available so had downgraded us for 1 night and will refund the difference between the rooms which they did in cash. The next day, they messaged on hotels.com app asking when we would check in to our suite but i did not see this. Apparently we had to check in to the suite between 12-2pm which we weren’t told. When we got back to the hotel in the evening, the host said our room was given away as we did not respond or check in. I complained and then they said our room was available. Made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.

Staff members Rose and Tammy were always welcoming and helpful. Tammy makes the best Vietnamese coffee and Phillip always cheered me up with the best smile.

I found my stay at the White Lotus Hotel a great experience. Phillip the bell man was a pleasure to greet every day when entering and leaving the Hotel. Rose, Brian and Jay were terrific Hotel reception staff on showing and helping me with the amenities of the Hotel. Linda and Tammy served great breakfast each morning which I'll miss. The White Lotus Saigon Hotel is a great place to stay in District 1, close to Nyguen Hue Street and abit of a walk to the Independence Palace, War Remnants Museum and Saigon Post Office. Ill definitely return to the White Lotus Saigon Hotel if returning to HCMC.

朝食の手作りオムレツが美味しかったです。

Nice simple hotel with an amazing staff. They all friendly and helpful. From the doorman to Rose at the front desk, Tammy and Lyndi serving breakfast along with Tracy who was great filling many positions. Housekeeping kept everything clean and comfortable. There were others that contributed to our pleasant stay. I can't remember all the names, I'm getting up there in years. Hoping to revisit soon.
