Room was clean but does need some updates. Lock to bathroom was broke and alot of items had rust on them.

Breakfast starts too late, the A/C wanted to come off the wall, no internet services and no TV services, and the restaurant was not opened at night time.

The daily breakfast was awesome - good food, beautiful view, and absolutely wonderful staff. I also enjoyed the Sugarcane Grill for drinks and dinner. Small, quiet, reasonably priced hotel conveniently located. You MUST be able to climb steps for pretty much all rooms - top floors are 3 flights up. BTW: YOU NEED CASH FOR TAXIS, which is the only way around (we didn't know this!). ATMs aren't always working, so get more than you need when you have the chance.

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Rooms were not great and were missing things

The first room was missing a knob in the shower and there was a cockroach in our room. The second room had a wet floor mat and no towels in the bathroom

Nice place, close to everything, TV didn't work majority of the time. Okay place to stay

The hotel was close to Downtown. The breakfast was delicious.

the room was clean and a good value. I do wish I was warned that there was no elevator, and the cafe was closed the day I was there

The staff was the best part as they are helpful and friendly. The place has very poor internet. Myself and other hotel guests had to leave the room and go by the pool to access internet service. Even by the pool, the signal kept dropping. The television wasn't working. Other guests complained of the same. The bathroom shower could not lock off totally. When i walked in, it was leaking. I had to close the bathroom door to stop the leakinh shower from disturbing my sleep. Then there are some minor cleanliness issues such as the rusting on the beside lamps and door handles, and dirty light switches. The bed though comfortable, squeaks a lot with every move.

We enjoy our stay at bunker hill hotel the stuff was really friendly i will definitely stay at that hotel again we had a good experience 👍

Hotel was very difficult to find for us. No elevator and steep stairs to get to rooms. Hotel is showing quite a bit of wear but it is close to the airport and all staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and I had an excellent salmon. Breakfast is included but restaurant style with few choices although we were fine with it.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The highlight was the breakfast every morning. Great view , great staff and great pancakes! What more can you ask for!

What a wonderfully, quaint hotel! The staff is amazing. They were helpful and extremely courteous. The rooms are showing their age but they are spotless. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking and shopping. We dined at the hotel and had a wonderful meal. I can’t say enough good things to say about our stay at Bunker Hill hotel in St Thomas.

Everything was great with the hotel and staff was very friendly. My only complaints is that parking is limited and mainly on the narrow street where cars come flying down which is unsafe and scary when you are trying to load/unload babies/children into the car. There was I believe another hotel or maybe bar outside our room window and you could hear loud music being played late at night after 10pm

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were so great. We enjoyed the included breakfast and the pool area was very pretty. Our room was clean, but had a couple of things - the door handle to the patio was missing a screw (still openable) and the shower dripped a bit. Honestly, would stay here again despite those things because it was the right price point and felt very safe and comfortable.

The room was very clean. The staff were amazing!!! Everyone was super nice! Tjere is a restaraunt right beside the hotel that served delicious food with a great atmosphere!
