Pas assez propre, le drain de douche était partiellement bouché, réception nous devions appeler. Toilette commune salle et pas de papier de toilette. Bon déjeuner. Ils sont en processus de rénovation. Ravie d’avoir pu me stationner

Not in the best of areas of the town No curtains only blinds and spotlights lit the room all night from car park Noisy Road at front and I was woken around 3am until gone 4am by people talking loudly Not one I would return too although staff were really good as was breakfast just a shame about the issues and location

The rooms were ok, but have obviously been refurbished with small items not finished nicely. Room was facing the street and the blinds on the window did not not block out the light and there were no curtains.. it was quite noisy. Bathroom was nice but shower didn't get hot all weekend. The lady who tended to us for breakfast was lovely and friendly and our breakfast was fantastic. It must be noted this hotel is Halaal which was not stated, not a problem but some guests were upset at the offerings. Staffing was minimal, and reception very rarely manned in case of problems or queries.

Good value. Nice room for a budget for price. Road a little noisy but it’s in the city.

The room needs curtains as the security lights shine through the blinds all night.Also the heating cannit switch off so its very hot and the road is too noisy to have the window open. Otherwise very good value

The hotel is being refurbished but overall good value for money, breakfast was good too though no bacon available 😋

On site parking for 8 or 9 cars. Check in disappointing, after driving nearly 5 hours it would have been nice to sit and relax for the 25 m8nutes before check in, which is 3 o'clock. We were greeted by a locked door and a sign saying "Check in 3 o'clock." We were allocated a room in the seperate annexe, not so good, obviously, for breakfast or if reception was required, if it is raining. On check in the staff were polite and informative. The decor, in general, was excellent, modern and funcional. It seems everywhere has had a recent revamp/upgrade. The room was roomy and, also, in "as new" condition. The ensuite shower room was very well laid out with an excellent shower. Hot water was "a plenty" and very quick to reach temperature. One oversight, in our opinions, was the lack of heavy curtains. The blinds in the bedroom are not ideal for security or light ingress. Tea and coffee facilities provided, but, no milk ?? Too inconvenient, in the rain, to walk to reception just for that. The bed was comfortable, however, the sheet and quilt combination was not to our liking. Breakfast, a small time window, was available 7-8.30, not ideal except for business/working people. No sausage or bacon ?? Turkey rashers ?? I know why, but, you can't really call it a "full English." Unacceptable. "When in Rome." etc. Aisha, the lady serving/cooking our breakfast, was very friendly, efficient and attentive. Checkout was another "unmanned affair" being instructed to leave our key on the table.

Nice clean and comfortable place, good breakfast too. All staff i met were friendly and helpful. The only issue i had was the external noise, it is on a very busy road and some windows didn't quite close fully. However I would definitely stay again.
