Only problem the kettle couldn't reach a plug socket I had to set it on a chair which was dangerous in my opinion and the kettle wouldn't switch off in its own I had to switch it off when it was overheated.

The room was clean and cosy with a window that overlooked both the hills and the sea. It was quiet and I slept really well. The reception staff and housekeeping staff were polite and welcoming. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, the staff in the breakfast room were helpful and replenished items quickly when they had run out. The hotel is on the north promenade and the walk into the town centre is pleasant.

Hotel looked lovely from outside so went to check in. The lady who checked us in looked like she didnt want to be there and couldnt raise a smile. We paid extra for a top floor sea view room, although the view was lovely we had a broken window and the room was in need of a makeover, very tired looking. The shower in the room .. well may as well not had one for the amount of water that trickled out. Glad we only stayed for 1 night as thats was enough. Definitely wont be returning unless the hotel gets a refurb.

The photos look amazing on this hotel which is what made me book it, even though it was a lot higher than some other hotels in the area but I could not of been more disappointed, the receptionist was in a world of his own he had no idea what he was doing and the room was shocking I was actually embarrassed to take my partner there and wasted my time and money thinking we would be getting something that looked like the pictures! Such a shame and no response to emails about the disappointment on arrival

Selve hotellet er gammelt og slitent. Vi bodde på rom 329 med en fantastisk utsikt, men begrenset tilgang på frisk luft da det kun var et lite vindu som kunne åpnes litt. Rommet var fryktelig varmt. Personalet var helt supert! Beliggenheten ved stranden var veldig fin.

Breakfast was fairly limited. No tomatoes, no mushrooms. Only fried eggs available, any other eggs had to be requested. No veggie sausages. Very, very limited evening dining. Just bar snacks. Room was only cleaned if you requested the night before. Staff, for the most part, were willing and helpful and friendly. Most of the common areas were lovely to look at, clean, and comfortable.

Overall, we had a good stay and the hotel was comfortable. However, there are a few areas that need attention. The bathroom floor had several paint stains, the floor in the room was very squeaky, especially cause problem at evwning when others sleeping. The curtains were in poor condition and definitely need replacing in near future. With these issues addressed, the stay would have been much better. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed for one night,to go dancing in the Venue.Ideal location the staff were very friendly ,the breakfast all you can eat was value for money,plenty of space in the dinning area,the only negative i can say its in need of a lick of paint and a refurbishment in the rooms.It was good value for money though 😉

Vergane glorie. Ze hebben het hotel wel geprobeerd te renoveren, maar de gene die de renovatie gedaan heeft heeft zijn opleiding niet afgemaakt. Scheuren in en oneffen plafonds met watervlekken van lekkages van de boven verdieping . Douche waar je de temperatuur niet kon instellen omdat de thermostaatkraan kapot was, waardoor het water veel te warm was en je er bijna niet onder kon staan . Enorm warm in de kamer omdat de zon er op staat en er geen airco is. Het is koeler op de gang

Bathroom awkward access. Bed not flat but I did sleep ok. Nice sea view. Breakfast plentiful and ok. Parking easy and a good location. Lift worked. Staff helpful and pleasant .Not the easiest place to get in with a disability from the front. Would recommend a twin since doubles are not king size. Reasonably quiet during our one night very hot weather stay. I took my own fan. Bedside phone usb charging. I've been in worse in Llandudno but paid less.
