Came for the weekend while the rugby was on. Place was clean/tidy and no issues with shared bathroom. Check in and check was easy and located not too far from the centre of town. This place was ideal for a weekend stay.

The room is in need of full refbish, door to shower room falling off, mirror just hanging on, paint coming off the ceiling, needs a deep clean, also the lounge is more like a storage area, box's even a bike,if needed i could support with pictures & videos??

I was warmly greeted at the entrance and given a welcome letter and keys. When I went upstairs, the room was tidy and clean, but there was a lot of mold and it smelled bad. I had to open the window all night. I had no other choice and the heating in my room was not working. It was a bit cold. The next day, another man appeared and asked me if he could come into my room to measure it. I told him that I was leaving tomorrow and he could measure it early. I didn't want to share my privacy with him. I asked him who you were and why I was talking to you, but he said that the owner of the house told him to do so. I told him to come again tomorrow, but he just said we would be there in 10 minutes. I had no other way out and I had to let him in. I didn't feel safe in that place. Thank you and im not going back agen.

Smooth check in and check out experience. Near to city centre. Budget friendly and safe place.

Read the reviews, arrived with apprehension. Never trust reviews, Paul greeted us, the ensuite room top of the stairs. For the price was great comfy bed tea and coffee and usual accessories. The street looks like it needs a bit of tlc We went to couple of pubs whilst here, locals were friendly curry shop was tasty

It was really nice!! The staff are great and friendly!! Got a tour of the place when we arrived which was nice!!

It was okay for the price

It was ok the bed was very comfortable and spacious,room was ok but signs of damp on ceiling not so good ,had kettle and tea coffee and milk and water and microwave in room ,didn't feel like sitting in living room as it looked like housekeepers belongings at dining table ,shame no breakfast available but you get what you pay for as I enjoyed the comfy bed all to.myself

The room was not tidied or bed made on second day for a property advertised as boutique I was not impressed at all. Shared living room was cluttered and not boutique in any way. Tea coffee not restocked. No toilet roll in shared toilet. Will not be returning.

On arrival it had a fousty smell and the furst impression was needs updating and the pictures they advertised dont show the problems with the property . We had a couple of problems whislt staying and the housekeeper said when i told him that yes they need to update and sort things out . There was samp in the room and the cleaniness of the property was poor . The street is very noisy with traffic up and down even late at night .

STAY WAS GOOD HOWEVER THE SURROUNDING ROAD TY ROSA WAS ON DID NOT IMPRESS US MUCH LITTER AROUND ON THE PAVEMENTS, NOT TY ROSA MANAGEMENT TEAMS FAULT THE LOCAL COUNCIL MUST IMPROOVE THE GENERAL APPEARANCE FAST!

The property itself is a bit outdated although the room in which I stayed seemed newly refurbished and I liked it a lot! Even though it was a budget accommodation, it did include ammenities such as coffee, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The wifi was excellent. The neighborhood was conveniently located for my purposes (25-30 minute walk to Cardiff Bay and to downtown Cardiff). The neighborhood was on the residential side so not very lively. I was on the first floor and was able to hear people going past my door but not to the extent that it disturbed my sleep or work but it's something that would bother my friends with noise sensitivity. I arrived before check-in and the staff were kind enough to let my drop my bag for the few hours before I had to check in. The two that I met were really chatty and friendly.

Friendly & welcoming (although the cat was a little unsure...), a little further to walk from the centre but quiet as a result. Would happily stay again.

Very comfortable bed.

I know it was a budget stay but we did not have a good experience. I never leave bad reviews. The bed was awful. So squeaky and noisy every time you made the smallest movement so had 2 really bad nights sleep. The room was so small and cramped. And in need of upgrading.

Yövyimme kaksi yötä kohteessa. Ilmainen parkkitila tarkoitti katuparkkia, missä ei ollut tilaa. Varausta tehdessä luvattiin päivittäinen siivous - sitä ei ollut. Majoituspaikan ulko-ovella haisi kissanpissa ja sisällä ummehtunut haju. Ilma oli kostea, wc-pytyssä jonkun toisen ralliraidat ja lattiat wc-tiloissa olivat pehmenneet. Pytty tuntui kaatuvan kun siihen istui. Suihkun viemäri ei vetänyt ja seisoit omassa pesuvedessä, eikä suihku sammunut näppäimestä painamalla vaan jumittui päälle. Aluekin oli epäsiisti, roskia kaduilla ja hieman muutenkin epäillyttävää seutua. Kävelymatkat ravintoloihin ja keskustaan olivat pitkiä. Kaikin puolin aivan hirveä kokemus, emme suosittele.
