시내에 있어 이동이 편리하였고, 객실이 깔끔하였습니다. 조식도 마음에 들었으나, 방음이 너무 되지 않아 옆방 투숙객의 소리가 마치 옆에서 들리는듯 하여 불편했습니다.

Staff were super helpful from the entrance to when we checked out. Sehlule was so outstanding and super friendly and helpful- Thank you.

Nice, big hotel with swimming pool. Very busy during our stay with various events taking place. Rooms are nice size however the finish in the bathroom needs improvement for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good with lots of choice. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay but do not feel overall that the 5 star rating is accurate. Also we were issued two keys - one works the elevators and the other the room. Unfortunately at check in we were not informed of this, thus ensued some delay in lift until another resident explained how the keys work.

The staff were able to assist me as they said my booking was not showing. The shower was not functioning properly.

The hotel staff are excellent and very helpful.

Stay was ok but I wouldn’t come back. No safe in the room, air con/heating didn’t turn on, ironing board but no iron and no hairdryer. Ordered room service one evening which seemed to a game as to what I might get. Two people hung up on me while trying to order It wasn’t even possible to leave a card at reception so needed to pay for every single thing as you went which is just an unnecessary hassle in a hotel for a business trip

I booked 2 king/double bed rooms and was told at checkin they only had twin bed rooms available. Rooms were dated but ok.

Cleanliness, staff

Upon walking in to the foyer it is very evident that this hotel used to be grand and glamorous. The foyer area is dated but well maintained. We had to change bedrooms three times until we found a room with an air con that worked well enough. However, the renovated room was very pleasant and the mattress comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful—no fault there at all! However, the prices of things is outrageous. A buffet breakfast is $32.00 and buffet dinner is $37.00. If you need things done in the business center I suggest you try to have all that work done before you arrive. Just to copy one page is $1.00. Other areas such as the gym, sauna, and pool area left a bad taste in our mouths so much so that we didn’t use these facilities. They were outdated and run down and need serious updates and repair. The food was excellent, just a bit pricey. Will we return to Rainbow Towers? Mmm, I’m not sure, it depends on whether they up their game and give you the product you pay for.
