Coupon Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of Traveloka coupons (hereby referred to as "coupon"), as well as its redemption on Traveloka platforms (website, mobile site and mobile app).

To use a coupon or redeem its value, a valid coupon code must be entered at the payment page.
3.
The coupons are not exchangeable for cash.
4.
The coupons are not valid to be used with other promotions nor can it be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.
5.
Reservations made with discount coupon are not eligible to earn Traveloka Points.
6.
Refund/reschedule is calculated according to the total paid amount after the discount, not the initial price.
7.
Traveloka reserves the right at any time to blacklist customers from using future Traveloka coupons when they are deemed to have misused the coupons or have violated the promotion terms and conditions.
8.
Misuse of coupons is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use of coupon codes was fraudulent or done for commercial gain.
9.
The posting of Traveloka coupon codes at third party sites that is not meant for the intended recipient is prohibited and considered as violation of Traveloka’s terms and conditions.
10.
Traveloka will not be liable to offer a replacement for discounts or coupon codes that are discontinued, cancelled, or used improperly whether due to fraud or technical issues.
11.
In relation to specific coupon codes, additional terms and conditions may be specified.
12.
Traveloka reserves the right to modify terms & conditions or abort any promotions at any time without prior notice.
