Mudah beli tiket dgn agoda .. dapat diskaun... tempat mandi mostly khas utk kanak2... jd sy sbg ibu tidak terlalu risau sms anak bermain air.. air tidak terlalu dlm.. sesuai utk kanak2..

The waterpark was not well maintained. Our photo that we purchased over the counter that has been edited by them was not in high resolution the photo a bit blur. However we enjoyed our day there even though it was a rainy day.

It was horrible! Maybe it was our fault also to go there during public holidays. But still they need to upgrade their system as we have to line up for 2 HOURS just to redeemed the wrist band. And another half an hour to acquire the tube and locker... overall we did not enjoy the experience even from the beginning. Why don't they set up a line for those who bought the tickets online only. The point of buying the tickets online is to avoid lining up anyway.

Extra long que to redeem the ticket. Should have better system to differentiate online and physical purchase.

Much improvement since our last visit 8 years ago. It's only the pizza station, took 40 mins for our order. It's too long for 2 pcs of pizza & during peak time.
