All of the staff that I encountered seems like they don't know what they were doing. I booked ticket online, and getting the wristband took me more than 30 mins! I booked online for less hassle but literally no difference! The staff doesn't have the knowledge about their job, keep asking the manager and colleagues. They look blank! Also, the queue for the snack bar took us forever, we are 4th in the queue but took us 1 hour for a single cotton candy! Definitely not coming back and not will not recommend to friends, waste of time and money! PLUSSSSSS, they make everything a business, really for a pair or ear puffs and cheap gloves P150? You can't even take a picture inside since they have a photographer that will cost you P200 per picture! The price is cheat but not worth it.

For the voucher redemption, it took sometime for the staff to work it out and give us the passes. And then some rides have not been taken cared of as some are not working or the seat belts are almost ripped off. It was still a good experience but I wish and hope that their facilities would improve.

I had so much fun here... it was my first experience and it was memorable... the staff are so friendly and very accommodating. very helpful... every rides I had done it twice u till I get bored. I loved it esp the boomerang and tower drop 💪💪

Our experience was good and worth it!

Health protocols were properly implemented. Not that much people on weekdays so there were no lines for the rides. Sadly, some rides were under maintenance but I really recommend going here as it was a fun experience with friends.
