티켓 교환은 끔찍했습니다. 직원에게 티켓을 보여주었고, 자리에 앉으라고 했고 거의 30분을 기다렸습니다. 그들은 여전히 Traveloka 계정을 확인할 수 없어서 우리를 들여보내지 않았습니다. 그 시간 동안 우리는 유일한 고객이었습니다. 직원들은 전혀 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 저는 그들이 계정에 로그인할 수 없다면 그것은 우리의 문제가 아니기 때문에 먼저 우리를 들여보내도록 그들과 이성적으로 설득해야 했습니다. 티켓은 이미 지불되었고 제 카드는 이미 청구되었습니다. 저는 티켓을 온라인으로 구매하는 것을 권장하지 않습니다.

We booked for 3pm but since there was an exclusive party, they told us to come back at 4pm. We came back at 4pm but told us to come back again at 5pm since the party was not yet done. When asked if we could just come back the next day, they told us we cant since our tickets were already redeemed. Claiming of pictures is super expensive 250/pic, but you can ask the kuyas to use your phone when taking pics. Overalll, it was okay.

I think the ticket price is too steep for the experience.

The place is good to enjoy for photo ops and kids. They really loved playing inside.

Prepare your best smile and wear a colorful outfit! :)

The most memorable experience during our visit was when we were enjoying every single room we opened and completely forgetting that we were adults but still kids at heart.

The free dessert per room was memorable. All of the rooms were unique and had a different take.

Booking with Traveloka was hassle-free and convenient.

It took us back to our childhood days while the kids enjoyed the experience of playing with life-sized desserts! 😍 Plus we learned a lot of interesting trivia about all kinds of desserts and goodies

It was really great and convenient. I just booked through Traveloka on the same day and chose the time we wanted and after paying the voucher it was issued real quick and I presented it at the counter. I also had a great experience at The Dessert Museum. I took pictures and ate sweets candies. I felt like I was a kid again. I will recommend this to my friends and maybe comeback with them soon.

We enjoyed the sweets and the picture taking. The photographers were very accommodating, we definitely cherished the moments in that museum together with my family. Kudos!

Fun experience! Booking was very easy and straight forward.

It was a Christmas treat for my nieces and they had a great time. They enjoyed posing and taking pictures in all parts of the museum.
