Manicure si bagus, tp pedicurenya gaa... Kaki lecet berdarah and perih, ku kira ada compliment ternyata engga. Okelah

tempatnya bersih, wangi pelayanannya bagus dan ramah

Padahal kalau di traveloka ada terus saya mauuu langganan, tapi paket yang saya mau udah ga ada di traveloka. Pelayanannya baik, semua staffnya ramah ramah 🤩

terapisnya entah terlalu buru-buru atau gimana ya sampai kaki saya luka begini. tolong tingkat keselamatan kerjanya diperbaiki lagi.

Tempat nyaman dan privacy, mba indri mijitnya enak, harga terjangkau.

enak banget pijitannya. tp memang sepertinya gak sampe 1 jam. tapi not bad lah. serasa private juga karena gak ada orang lain

Staff menyenangkan, service baik

Issue #1: The Waiting Time I booked for a 60 minutes body massage. The reservation process went smooth, I successfully scheduled a slot without hassle. So on the day I arrived on time, the reception told me to wait as the staff is still handling another customer - I ok’ed it. I waited for 20 min & there’s no sign that I’m going anywhere soon so I checked again with the reception - only to be told to wait for another 20min or so. I made a rsvp at 1pm, have waited for 20m & I have to wait for another (unpromising) 20m (could be 30, the rcpt said). Why didn’t they just schedule me for 2PM? So I started to complain. Issue #2: The Service Skill I eventually let in to the treatment room after I complained about #1. The staff walked in with an attitude that (imo) not professional. I ignored it, telling myself to just be positive - that I finally will get that massage needed. I didn’t mean to check out the clock, it just happened that my phone lit up, showing 1:27. Unlike to my usual go-to massage places (that are still closed/not operating due to the pandemic), there was no real “structure” to the massage process & how it’s performed. Tried to “just enjoy” it - but what’s to enjoy? Then it’s finished - done. Again I didn’t mean to check the clock but my phone just lit up by itself showing the time, it was 2:04. Whatever happen to the 60min Body Massage? It’s just 30min. M3 Salon could’ve just posted as it is & don’t lure people to think that it’s going to be a 60-minute bliss. LOL. People are different & have various standard of service - This one is obviously not mine. — Oh, the place is clean, bathroom is nice, parking space is good, and even the unofficial parking officer is nice. The reception also has a good attitude, just need to be trained better (or the management could develop a proper SOP altogether). You might want to visit this place if you ever need to park your car in the area or in need of a toilet. Lol.

pijetannya enak banget, begitu pula dgn suasananya. mbaknya juga ramah banget. fasilitasnya jg oke bgt. tp ya gituuu, waktu pijatannya ga sesuai sama yg tertera di voucher ajaa

sebenernya emang enak sih pijetan dr mbak-nya, begitu pula dengan suasananya. enaaak banget. cuma utk waktu kan dibilangnya satu jam tuh, ga bener-bener sejam

thanks travelokaaa... huhuhuuu. seneng bgt dapet diskonan di tempat yg super enak, pelayanan OK, terapisnya juga good bgt thanks mba indri. lain kali wajib kesana lagi hehehe
