Pelayanan semua oke termasuk sebelum massage n sesudah dapet free jamu 🫶🏻

Everything was great from reservation to the end of my treatment there. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The place was just as good as it looks in the photos. Surely will come back.

Health protocol is top notch. The service was spot on as well. Definitely will be coming back.

tempatnya bagus, pijatannya juga enak. dikasih welcome drink dan jahe anget setelah dipijat. kamar mandinya bersih, namun pintu kamar mandi banyak yg rusak jadi merasa was2 saat mandi. terima kasih

I scheduled a 90-minute massage at The Fountain Wellness last weekend. What a beautiful spa and what a friendly staff. It was so relaxing. I would recommend this wonderful spa to anyone as part of their visit.

The area is clean and the treatment was good.

went here for the second time, because of the promo from Traveloka. fortunately, I got a therapist with both good skills & attitude. however, it took quite some time after the voucher was redeemed to finally get the treatment started.

pertama kali kesini karena promo yang lumayan gede dari Traveloka. tapi kecewa sama attitude therapistnya, karena bawa handphone dan di tengah tengah bunyi 2x ga disilent. ditambah berisik suara renov juga. jadi kurang nyaman selain itu mereka juga sangat strict dengan waktu. kemarin dateng agak telat dan beneran dikurangin waktunya. saran aja sebaiknya ada waktu 10-15 menit sampe customernya dateng. thank you

proses redeem dengan traveloka mudah, ruang tunggu nyaman, fasilitas bagus, keahlian terapis bagus

the place is a bit different but in a good way... we waiting in their merchandise store cum jamu outlet seating area... what a marketing... hihi they gave us a sheet to describe which parts of our body needed to be concentrated... the welcome drink was served bit late... and then we change sandal n get prepare for the treatment... the masseuse is great... strong with her small body... can make me screaming coz my stiffness all over my body... so far so good...

Ruangan bersih. Terapis trampil. Saya selalu kembali. Nyaman
