Really really fun and happy...

Pijatannya enggak enak dan terburu-buru, produk lulurnya juga engga bagus, pekerjanya tidak profesional, bathtubnya kotor jadi gak nyaman atau gak mungkin buat berendam. Semoga bisa diperbaiki lagi, sayang kalau cuma menang nama di hotel berbintang.

Sangat rekomended buat yang mau relax

The spa package was just the perfect way for us to end our trip to Indonesia. We went straight to the airport after the treatment. We were relaxed and refreshed. There's just one thing I didn't like, the masseuse assigned to my husband laughed a lot talked to the masseuse assigned to me. And of course I didn't understand what they're saying, that was a little off.

The rooms are quite big and good (private). But it looks old and there is no relaxing music and no aromatherapy, they use baby oil. It is very unfortunate not using oil which should be more than standard oil like that. Then I was check, all of these treatments should be include with: 1. body massage 2. body scrub 3. body whitening mask 4. moisturizing body 5. foot bath. But I only get body massage and body scrub. Very disappointing and definitely won't come back again.
