We ordered the wrong type of experience but the staff was willing to accommodate for our needs. The place was clean and neat, and the massage and the hydro pool were great and refreshing.

I didn’t stay at the Westin Hotel that moment, I went there just for a massage and was hoping it was going to be good because of the price wasn’t cheap. I did a massage there in front of the beach cause we wanted to try how it feels. I was surprised that if you have a massage there the one in front of the beach, they don’t provide a proper bathroom to wash up after a massage. And I was kinda forcing them to get any bathroom for me and my partner to wash up for after the massage and they gave me the “public” bathroom for hotel guests if they want to shower after checking out. And I was like ok whatever as long as I’d have a bathroom sure. We started the massage for 15 mins and I heard some construction from the hotel and it was so noisy, I stayed quiet didn’t want to complain at first cause this was supposed to be a massage surprise for my partner, and I didn’t want to ruin it if I complain. And it got worse and worse to the part where I already didn’t get comfortable and pissed. I asked the therapist to stop the massage and asked them to talk to the one who works for the spa and we had to waste 15 mins just talking about this. And in the end, they finally moved us to the actual inside spa and it was so much better but there was already some time that we wasted and they didn’t even want to try to give us free more time. But after all everything was ok, we had the couple spa room with bathroom included, for 500k++ / pax spa, we didn’t get our feet washed before the massage, and we didn’t get any welcome drink. Worth it or not? You judge.
