아주 좋아요, 칭찬은 미네랄워터와 생강이에요

매주 여기서 마사지를 받는데... 치료사가 마사지를 정말 잘해요.

제 생각에는 이곳의 여성 테라피스트들이 더 까다로워서(아마도 팁을 받지 못하는 것에 대한 두려움/몇 가지 팁을 받는 것에 대한 두려움) 서비스가 정말 오랜 시간이 걸리고 여성 테라피스트들은 에너지가 없고 약하고 힘이 없는 것 같습니다. 열정🥲

There are no partitions between customers, and the room was very bright (no curtains from the hallway lights) there was no ambient music, listened to the mall's electronic dance music throughout my massage. Not relaxing at all and the massage therapist doesn't listen to pressure requests, kept using her nails to dig in. I had bruises the next day. Not as good as this place was pre-pandemic.

Too much waiting, I had to wait for 1 hour or more because I should re-schedule and the therapist isn't ready yet when I come, so I had to wait for 40minutes more and the therapist's attitude is bad.

Therapistnya sih OK ya... Cuma ga pernah suka sama receptionisnya meiso (Meiso store mana aja) kalo ada penolakan tuh ga pernah sopan gitu... Ga pernah tuh greeting di depan *mohon maaf kak, kami...* tapi selalu *oh kalo di jam segitu kita full kak* dengan nada kaya satpol PP. Kaya nicely communication is important. Apalagi mereka frontliner. Untuk therapist dan ambience sih semua full Ok. Mungkin management bisa dievaluasi yah buat receptionist2nya.

Tempatnya nyaman, pelayanan maksimal. Dateng sesuai jam yang dipilih, langsung didata dan langsung dianter ke dalam untuk refleksi, gak pake lama

untuk therapist skill memijatnyanya perlu ditingkatkan, pijatannya seperti asal-asalan dan tidak ada rasanya

The place is might be hard to find, but the service is lovely
