Awesome experience to watch Yo-Yo Ma!

The best thing I’ve ever experienced so far!

Antrian tiket yang kurang berkesan.

The program Bach suite performed by Yo Yo Ma was great. But the seat angle was very uncomfortable in the J level seat. I had to bow down 45 degree to see the performed. The rules and regulations at the concert was not well planned. The late visitor can enter the concert hall whenever they wanted and during the concert many of them pass by in front of me and that was very unpleasant. The staffs was not welcoming. They didn't gave me the concert repertoire book, so I had to ask them for it.

Concert was perfect but the queue to get in and to verify the tickets was poorly-managed, resulting in long waiting times and a late start (close to 8:30pm) that was not befitting of a professional concert hall.

Great concert experience. Wishes the organizer was more strict with time restrictions. Despite saying they closed at 8PM and latest entrance is 8:15, some people were still let in

The ambience was nice but the seating was too steep, so it’s pretty danger for the audience especially for kids and matured people.

I really hate to give my feedback but Traveloka keeps emailing for a response and here you will get it: YoYo Ma is a professional musician who delivers solid performance. Much is appreciated for the effort to introduce Bach into Indonesia. There is a terrible experience at reception due to the under-efficiency of check-in. The ticket price is NOT worth the time wasted before the show. The audience is a lousy one, speaking, coughing, filming, walking at random moment of the concert.

YOYOMA was awesome. Yet the ticketing experience on the spot was average.

The ticketing was an absolute nightmare and should genuinely be an embarrassement for the event organiser. And the general set up was messy: the lights were turned on during the whole performance, people kept coming in and out during the whole time… I did in the end enjoy Yo Yo Ma impressive talent and performance, but that's only thanks to him and despite all the poor organisation.

The queuing is not standard of this grand concert hall. What happened if it was raining.

Very great event, once in a lifetime!

There is no question that Yo-Yo Ma is a world class musician. However, the experience was marred by latecomers, audience who brought in food, those who talked during the performance and poor lighting. Rules about these are clearly laid out, but none of the ground staff seemed to have enforced them.

The performance was great but the process of waiting for our tickets was very distressing, the organizers should improve the process of dispensing tickets e.g allow entrance with e-ticket (phone QR code) or print at home ticket to reduce ridiculous waiting time.

Watching the world cellist is unforgettable experience

Not well organized (the doors opened 5 min before the concert starts resulting in people entering and looking for their places when the concert had started), cellphones being used all the time, everywhere, people coming in and out

Berisik bangat orang-orang yg batuk waktu concert. Tamu lain sangat ganggu saya menikmati. Management team seharusnya announce tentang batuk dan siap permen di pintu masuk. Aku bayar 2jutaan tapi dengarnya suara batuk bukan performance Yoyoma. Pengennya kembali uangku. Satu lagi, queuing tukar tiket teralu lama, akhirnya tidak bisa tukar tiket. Dapat tiket nomor lain. Jelek sekali management team. Saya tidak puas sama sekali.

The worst part of this event was the very beginning, how to handle the audience at the entrance. The people at the gate does not know what to do. Endless waiting at the gate/security check points/lobby area. TOTAL Chaos. Finally the show started 20 minutes late, even though about 30% of people didn't make it to the hall. And, during the event, keep coming in and coming in.... What a shame for such a fabulous solo performance of Mr. Yoyo Ma.
