the hospital's staff are professional. the sampling process was quick- no queue but you still need to fill in a form. this kind of administration thing is supposed to be change to online in the condition of covid now.
voucher redemption process was a little bit trouble but traveloka cs managed to solve it in 2 days and at the end I could use it. the details information in the traveloka website/app needs to be updated and synchronize with the partners. in fact the tests can only be done in specific days and time, traveloka should put this information on the web/ app or at least they should put information that reservation is necessary and put the hospital whatsapp no for reservation. I did call to the hospital many times until I managed to get the whatsapp no for reservation. reservation is really necessary as you might skip queueing if you did it. the hospital also needs to give a clearer map / information about the testing place, the current one is confusing. for a hospital like siloam, I know they can do better. so does traveloka.
