First, the clinic told me that they do not take in anymore for Pre-Departure ART, this was resolved with the help of helpdesk and some locals. Second, the certificate is not recognised, as it is hand written in vietnamese. So it is money and time wasted for the test. However, the staff at the clinic is very courteous and helpful throughout.
