The tour went good and wonderful, we really appreciated their warm welcome and orientation. The tour guides were very accommodating too. But there is miscommunication between the booking team, because we did not get any notifications or text about our booking schedule. I've sent first several text to the cell number given, but they did not text back. So we try to call them, but several calls before we reached them. Maybe there is lack of communication between the booking team and to customer.
