아이 둘을 데리고 남편과 재밌게 캔사스시티 여행하고 왔습니다. 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 위치도 좋았습니다.

Very nice, but the front desk forgot my request of disposable slippers.

Property was ideally located but had issues with the following: Internet was not free and when we tried to upgrade the system wouldn’t accept and the guest services was unable to fix or provide solution. Refrigerator was not working and barely kept the drinks cold. The sink drain was clogged and very slow to drain. A/c was fixed and slow to cool down the room. No body wash after 2 showers. Lack of direction to get out of garage and I was charged 3x for one knight of stay. When I checked out, the women working the front desk around 8:00am was moody and not pleasant.

Very clean, comfortable room, close to so many entertainment options. Great place for families me

Great place for a quick night away! Nice pool area, great staff. Wasn’t wanting to spend as much as I did but was well worth it!

Great location and amenities!

The outside pool was amazing and having a bar outside was great too!! The hot tub was small but hot! The beds were small for the traditional double double an upgrade to queen beds would be great but the size of room was very large!! My kids absolutely loved the elevators and escalators!! The shops and restaurants were so nice to walk to and so convenient!!! Would definitely stay again!

Great location, just very dated. Close to Union Station, Power and Light District, and WWI museum. Love the location just needs a host of updates.

The hotel needs updated. When you get off the elevator, you can smell mildew. The bathrooms definitely need updating. For the price you pay could be nicer. But the rooms were clean and the service was excellent. We’d stay there again.

My only downside to this property is being forced to pay for parking. I personally don’t mind it, but there was zero option for street parking for those who don’t want to pay.. I stay at a lot of hotels, Some parking options and some only one option. For families that are traveling sometimes it’s nice to save a couple bucks by having a street parking option. But this hotel has no street parking so forced to pay 30 bucks for 40 bucks for valet, which is not considering other cities.. but, It sucks to get charged for parking at a place that you’re staying because it seems like you’re being tricked into paying more money for your stay. Why not just say that the hotel room cost $40 more than it did.. I feel like it’s a way of tricking you into thinking that the room is cheaper than it actually is.. 350 bucks is not expensive but it’s also not cheap. I feel like you should be able to park there for free with that cost.

Best place to stay in Kansas City!

Stayed here for the Hallmark Christmas Experience. We had a great time . The hotel was very clean and bed was comfy .

Definitely not worth the price... not luxury. Dirty carpets... outdated decor ... pool and hot tub chemicals off/closed... both were debris filled. Very disappointed in front desk management leadership and training of employees. Hotel in general, was unaccommodating. Don't waste your money!

It is a great place to stay if you're looking for a staycation. Great room, easy parking, near a lot of places to go and if you attend a show at the theater you can there from inside crown center.

Charged me full price when I was told I wasn’t old enough to stay there!

I've stayed here before but this room was much smaller. It is a very nice hotel with many conveniences although the coffee shop was not open when posted. It is connected to many shops and the link system allows for indoor walking to adjoining hotels and shops. Everything closes earlier than I would have preferred though.

Amazing. Quiet. Lovely. Pricy. Paying for parking is a bummer.
