깨끗하고 편안한 숙소였고 위치도 아주 좋았습니다. 근처에 식당, 쇼핑 센터가 있어 편리하게 이용했고 특히 조식이 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

Hotel was very nice and staff at check in were fantastic. The only thing thay would have made the room better was improved lighting.

The room was very tidy and with a great View

Not our first stay at this location, but this room needed a little maintenance. Bathroom tap would leak on the counter when it was on, lamp was broken, and usb plug was destroyed so could not charge phone, and the smoke detector went faulty in the middle of the night. When brought to staff, that made a small concession to accommodate for the inconvenience.

The room was fine, but even after giving the hotel our plate # we received a parking ticket, plus they over charged us by $62, I called them and they said it was the additional hold they put on a card. I have never heard of the hold on a credit card being a random amount like $62. They did get the ticket cancelled as well but I shouldn’t need to call them to take care of it in the first place.

The bathtub/shower had mold. The carpet has ripples in it and the microwave on top of the desk looks ghetto

Great building and location

Why advertise as a ‘pet friendly’ hotel then make it a policy that you cannot leave your pet in the room? Also, be smart about where you put the guests with pets close to the elevators where the most traffic is. The ideal location would be at the end of the hall where there is less foot traffic and the dogs would react less and

Room felt dirty and run down for the price and location of the hotel.

For the price that is charged per night to stay at a Westin hotel, this location is disappointing. The rooms are old, run down and dated. Also, please train your cleaning staff to clean BEHIND the bathroom door and to clean the back of the bathroom door! That is the second time I’ve stayed at the Westin location where behind the bathroom door is disgustingly dirty.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Restaurant staff were excellent. Most definitely stay there again!!
