The staff were incredible in helping us. We had to leave another hotel a day early and the staff were of great assistance in getting us in room early so we didn’t spend the day in our vehicle

Great place

Price is right. Pool is a plus.

Bed was broken, no pressure in the shower, couldn’t pay with debit had to pay with credit card. Overall me and my family will never be returning to the Ramada. Go some where else if you can. I rather stayed at the motel 6

Staff are good. Property seems tired. Tub was gross looking and badly patched and looked grimy. Loud people outside until 11. Too much money for that experience.

The hotel is old. In need of renovation and updating. Expensive for an old hotel.

Very clean atmosphere it was a great way to relax and the swimming pool was nice and warm

Management policy would not take a Visa Debt or cash or debt card for the damage deposit and would not allow me to check and restaurant was not open, there is a second floor but no elevator. Tv was unplugged in the room took 3 hours to get maintenance to come to the room plug it in and put there code in to get it going

Room smelled like smoke again.

The rooms always smell like smoke.

Clean,friendly! but drapes in room need to be replaced, plastic coating on back of drapes is peeling , allows light to come through and looks unappealing!!

The best part was that the bed was actually comfortable. Everything else was thumbs down. The lady on the front desk at check in had attitude and was snipety Toilet kept running unless you went into the tank to pull up on the float. Hot water was hit and miss. Lack of outlets made using the CPAP and charging phones difficult Police presence in the hallway talking to a family living there about their recreational drug use. Too many kids running up and down the hall and management not doing anything. No elevator for those with difficulties or luggage. Will not stay here again.

Bugs in the bathroom when we got up in the morning. Bathroom wasn’t super clean. Told them at checkout. Didn’t seem surprised despite showing images. No real apology and nothing changed on the bill

Nice renovations done in the interior as the exterior does not reflect it and lacks curb appeal. Otherwise, no complaints.

We stayed for a quick one night trip. The staff was wonderful, and the pool area was perfect for my kids to burn off some energy. The room was very clean, however there are hardly any outlets to charge devices. Having 4 people with several devices was a huge downfall. There are also none near the bed itself. The beds were also not the most comfortable ,none of us got a very good sleep For the value we would stay there again, but I would make sure i brought extra long cords and a power cable.
