산세바스티안 시내에서도 손꼽히는 부띠끄 호텔입니다. 객실의 청결도, 서비스 모두 훌륭했고 특히 미술을 좋아하시는 분들은 호텔 곳곳, 객실 곳곳에 비치된 미술작품들을 보는 재미도 정말 좋습니다. 다만 유일하게 아쉬웠던 것은 산세바스티안 여행의 중심지인 구시가지(핀쵸바), 라콘차 해변과 조금 거리가 멀다는 것입니다(도보 20분) 이것만 빼면 모든게 다 완벽했던 호텔입니다.

It was a great hotel compared to the resonable price. However, bus station is closedly located to the hotel, someone may dislike it. I was very satisfied with staying this hotel.

Chambre bien mais rapport qualité prix c’est un peu cher. L’avantage c’est que l’hôtel est facilement accessible en voiture et qu’il y a le parking. 21€ la journée. Le centre est à 15-20 minutes à pieds mais il y a aussi des bus.

Very close to bus station which made it convenient to go into old town. Parking was convenient and easy. Bed was comfortable and room was serviced well every day. Hotel was very quiet. The only complaint was the air conditioning which was unresponsive.

Hotellet ligger en bit från gamla stan och stranden men ändå med promenadavstånd och med bussar precis vid hotellet om man ändå inte orkar gå. Bra och tyst hotell med ordentlig frukost. Det är inte helt nyrenoverat men allt är rent och fungerar som det ska och vi hade en mycket bra vistelse.

I'll start with the positives: - Breakfast was excellent and the staff at breakfast was very helpful/attentive. - Check in was fine. Then the neutral: - Location was just fair - Hotels.com was pushing this property in each search and I should have done more homework to ensure I was closer to points of interest and dining options. Now the negative: - The air conditioning in my room did not work from the moment I checked-in. I went to the front desk to have it corrected as I was leaving for a walk. Upon returning two hours later, it was not fixed. No call. No message. No apology. No followup. - The walls are paper thin. From the moment I arrived, I heard conversations in the hallway and neighboring rooms, and constantly heard furniture being moved around in the room above me. The very least I should expect is a working air conditioner. Especially during the summer. And some sense of peace and quiet.

Très bon séjour mais pas de piscine ni de spa pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et à ce prix élevé . Les chambres sont très correctes mais la encore, un peu petites pour le prix .. Tout le reste est très bien.

Very comfortable hotel. Location is good, a bit away from the most touristy areas but convenient to everything by bus or walking. Lots of great coffee shops and bakeries nearby. Air conditioning was a bit weak (we stayed there during a heat wave), but all in all we had a nice stay.

Cero amabilidad al llegar o durante la estancia. Muy viejo y descuidado el hotel. El personal del restaurante y bar horripilantemente desagradable…la ubicación no esta conveniente

Wir empfanden das Hotel als in die Jahre gekommen, der Check-In Prozess ging wortlos über die Bühne, die Zimmer sind so lala ausgestattet. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel hätten wir def. mehr erwartet.

Personnels tous très disponibles. Parking, chambre, literier et installations au top. Bonne localisation par rapport au centre ville et au stade Anoéta par de nombreuses lignes de bus. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner du dimanche matin. Il y avait une forte affluence et les deux machines étaient régulièrement en dérangement et le personnel semblait démuni par rapport à ces pannes. Ils étaient 3 au total pris par l’accueil et le pointage des arrivants, par le service et le débarras des tables, etc. C'est bien dommage par rapport au standing de l'établissement et le prix du petit déjeuner.
