산세바스티안 시내에서도 손꼽히는 부띠끄 호텔입니다. 객실의 청결도, 서비스 모두 훌륭했고 특히 미술을 좋아하시는 분들은 호텔 곳곳, 객실 곳곳에 비치된 미술작품들을 보는 재미도 정말 좋습니다. 다만 유일하게 아쉬웠던 것은 산세바스티안 여행의 중심지인 구시가지(핀쵸바), 라콘차 해변과 조금 거리가 멀다는 것입니다(도보 20분) 이것만 빼면 모든게 다 완벽했던 호텔입니다.

It was a great hotel compared to the resonable price. However, bus station is closedly located to the hotel, someone may dislike it. I was very satisfied with staying this hotel.

Après avoir marché 30 km j'ai été ravi d'arriver à l'hôtel Amara. Très bon accueil et très belle suite. Merci nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Dieses Hotel inklusive Angestellten hat für mich nicht annähern ein 4-Sterne Niveau, auch wenn wir in Spanien sind.. Auf meine Anmerkung hin, dass die Minibar nicht funktioniere, passierte einfach: gar nichts. Auch das Zimmer selber war in einem alten Zustand und allgemein nicht einladend. Fazit: Das erste und auch letzte Mal!

The room and location were very good for the area. Coordination on getting into the hotel parking is a problem.

Great property, good location

Wir blieben 10 Tage, da ein Sprachkurs besucht wurde. Wir waren im 9. Stock. Es war leider im Gang etwas laut, nachts gab’s es einmal ein sehr lautes Paar, so dass ich kurz davor war aufzustehen, aber es dauerte nicht mehr als 3 Minuten. Ansonsten morgens wenn die Zimmerreinigung vorbei ging war es auch laut. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte in der ersten Woche gut, aber in der zweiten Woche war es nicht so gründlich. Die Dusche ist gut, nur der Schimmel a den Ecken sollte entfernt werden. Man konnte die Fenster öffnen was sehr gut war früh morgens und abends. Mir haben ein Wasserkocher und Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen gefehlt, vielleicht Standard in Deutschland und hier nicht. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend vielfältig und das frische Obst war sehr gut. Kaffee nicht besonders leider. Es gab kein Filterkaffee. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gym ist klein. In 21 Minuten zu Fuß waren wir am Strand. Das Hotel ist im groß und ganzen ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff, pleasant rooms and good facilities. Excellent art display in communal areas, decent gym and great breakfast. It has it's own parking, which is very useful in high season, though it does cost 21 Euros a day... The heat in August 2025 put a strain on an ageing air conditioning system and it would be good if the hotel could upgrade TVs at some point, to include apps and some English speaking channels.
