Staff and amenities in room.

All good

The staff at the casino were so accomodating for my elderly mother and sister. The simple considerations like finding a room with a walk in shower. My mother found the rooms luxurious and the food in the cafe delicious, the staff friendly and the atmosphere refreshing. Thank you

Excellent location, great rooms

Really lovely to stay with a beautiful pool.

Very comfortable bed. Plenty of room in the walk-in shower for disability customers.

The rooms were immaculate and the daily room cleaning was outstanding. The buffet options were great - healthy and lots of options. The pool area was beautiful and such a lovely resort vibe. The onsite restaurants were convenient. My only feedback would be to have more staff at the pool bar as service took a very long time. Other than that we loved our stay and will be back if we come back to Townsville.

Great stay. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly.

Over de hotelkamer was niets op te merken, een goed een schone kamer met de juiste faciliteiten, maar de eetgelegenheden zijn niet passend. Bij 2 werden er geweigerd, omdat we niet hadden gereserveerd, en de hamburger smaakte als een oude zool.

Parking was appalling there is NO allocated parking for guests it took over 15 minutes to park each time we left the Resort. The Restaurant do not offer anything other than a full breakfast at $45, we are older adults who would maybe eat some fresh fruit a coffee and a slice of toast. I doubt I shall return
