Clean and felt very comfortable! A bit disappointed in the coffee service only starting after 7:00 am when I had an early flight. Other than that all good!

Room was clean and available early. Did not try breakfast. Dinner was excellent. Service grest.

The room was very convenient, as we had a second floor location that opened directly into the pool (a major perk as viewed by my 13 year old), but the temperature was difficult to regulate…not sure if this is due to heat leaching in from the pool. The restaurant was nice but a bit pricey, and the conferences seemed to spill out into the common areas a lot, making them loud and crowded. Location within the city is perfect.

Room was clean and hotel was quiet despite a busy Saturday night with Christmas parties, etc. despite 90% occupancy. Pool was very warm… so warm my wife even went in.

We paid 80 dollars for breakfast which should have been free? Staff was great, parking was good,bathroom could have been cleaner in the shower but over all good

They didn’t clean our room one day and we had to call to get clean towels. The hot tub was almost too hot to sit in. It was almost intolerable.

The location is the main reason for price “premium”. For the quality of rooms (which would benefit from update/refurbishing) price is too high. A/C heating was not functioning well. Friendly snd helpful staff.

Very clean, staff friendly, enjoyed the gym and the pool. Situated in the heart of the city. Great to be able to walk the harbour.

The hotel was wonderful and the location was even better!
