친절한 직원, 좋은 서비스, 추천할만한 위치

팬 퍼시픽에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 도착하는 순간부터 직원들이 정말 최고였어요! 객실은 티끌 하나 없이 깨끗하고 디자인도 아름다웠으며, 무엇보다 편안했습니다. 특히 세심한 배려가 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 시설도 훌륭했고, 모든 것이 편안하고 즐거웠습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이며, 편안함과 훌륭한 서비스를 찾는 모든 분들께 팬 퍼시픽을 강력 추천합니다.

프런트 데스크의 서비스 팀은 훌륭했습니다. 로비가 리노베이션 중이었지만요. 전반적인 경험은 좋았습니다. 바에서 그 여자는 그다지 친절하지 않았습니다. 그런 표정이었습니다. 제가 서비스하기 전에 먼저 돈을 주세요.

직원들은 체크인과 체크아웃 시 매우 도움을 주었습니다.

The reception team member was very nice, and so was the concierge team. I felt bad for the poor barista as she was by herself and there was a long queue. I was there for a conference and dinner, which was slightly disappointing with hardly any service. No one came to the table to serve drinks or check. They had 2 bottles on the table for 10 people, so literally 1 and a bit drink each, and once we ran out there was no top up. We had to knock on the BOH door to get some drinks, which they were reluctant to serve as if they have to pay for it. The last time I was at this hotel was in 2014, and service used to be good in the conference space, but this time it was very poor. But on a positive note, as I mentioned before, the front office staff was very pleasant to deal with, so well done to them, and the barista did well under pressure, but please provide her some support in the busy times. (Please note below service rating is only for the Banquet space and not other outlets, housekeeping, or the Front office).

The best service I have received ever from a hotel. Celebrated my sis birthday there and got 3 cakes out of which 2 were complementary from the hotel and hotel staff. Special mention to Rohan, Sharon, Beleria & many other staff there, sorry forgot the names. Thanks for making our stay soo soo special. We will definitely be back just to see you guys. Thank You from Thiru and family ❤.
