It was great experience to stay this hotel. The location is perfect for enjoying old-town and center of the city It's far from new-town, i won't be matter the hotel has shuttle bus from there

쉐라톤 특유의 느낌을 받을수 있었다. 비록 새건물이나 리뉴얼이 부분적으로 이루어지긴 했으나 시대에 많이 뒤떨어지지 않고 특히 구시가지임에도 주변이 안전하고 쇼핑몰이 바로 옆에 딱 붙어있어서 무엇을 하든지 아주 편리하게 숙박이 가능했다.

직원들도 친절하고 편안했습니다. 그런데 주변지역이 안전한 지역이 아니라서 조금 걱정이 된 게 사실입니다.

This Hotel is in central Lima, almost directly next to Lima's Museum of Fine Arts, MALI, which is worth seeing. The staff is kind and attentive and the breakfast buffet, which I did not expect, was yummy.

Great location. Modern hotel. Comfortable. Accommodating. Gave us late check-out until 2pm due to our flight schedule.

This trip was for business. I stayed four days with breakfast included. I didn’t have time for breakfast but asked for a cup of coffee, to go. I was sent to the bar and asked for coffee to go. The gentleman served my coffee and asked for $10.00 soles. I explained my breakfast was included. He told me the bar was different. I handed the gentleman the $10.00 soles and he said he wouldn’t charge me this time. The next day, i had to go in the restaurant, find a table, wait for the waitress, order a cup of coffee to go, wait for the busy waitress to bring the coffee. Seems kinda ridiculous. May I suggest a container of coffee, sugar, cream be kept on a separate table so people on the go can fix their coffee and go. While checking out, I was asked about my stay by the restaurant manager. I explained the above to her. She said she would look into it. All in all the Sheraton was clean, very reasonably priced, the staff and front desk personnel were very pleasant. After a hectic day in Lima i would return to a nice clean room. This is my second time staying at the Sheraton. It is centrally located if you’re there on business. I highly recommend the Sheraton.

Desayuno buffet muy bueno, y todo muy limpio .. Aunque se anuncia, no cuenta con gimnasio propio (se trata de un gimnasio privado para clientes de la calle, y se permiten los del Hotel) ..

I have to give kudos to Mr Diego, working at the front check in desk. Mr Diego is friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. Due to business, I had to extend my stay an additional day, Mr Diego help me and made the process easy. This is my second stay at the Sheraton. Next time I’m back in Lima, I will definitely consider staying at the Sheraton again.

Great hotel, good drinks and food

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is great. In a good location, walkable to the mall and stores. The buffet was yummy, a lot of options.

Is Sheraton was consistently good at everything.

I liked having access to the gym

Hotel is literally on the doorstep of bustling Historic center of Lima. If you are looking for quiet stay, this is not the hotel for you. Think downtown NYC level traffic noise with something always happening. Great location from which to explore - walk right out the hotel to explore museums, parks and grab a bite to eat. We arrived early AM, spent the day exploring and left the next morning to fly onto Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley, and it worked out perfectly for us to recharge from long flight and start or Peru trip. If the noise of the traffic will bother you, maybe ask for a room on the backside of the hotel - Lima doesn't have any subways etc so ALL the traffic from this massive city is on the road and it sounded like most of it was right outside the hotel hehe. Still loved it!
