I loved staying there; beautiful view, the beach is cleaned and maintained everyday, very clean hotel room and venue and the staff got me anything i wanted especially the buffet and beach ones however the admission personnel admitted me in a tiny double bedroom which wasn't the one i booked with wider sea view and he insisted that all rooms have the same design which wasn't the case. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has variety so does the dinner whoever it wasn't clear in the app that the dinner was a set menu not an open buffet like the breakfast. Special thanks for Mr Mohamed, Mrs Maha and Naglaa who work at the breakfast buffet and beach worker as well as the security personnel who delivered my pharmacy order to my room ♥️😍. I ll be back again ✌👍.

The ocean view room is spacious and facing south of the building, which you have both the moment of sunrise and sunset toward the Mediterranean ocean and Montazah palace is in your sight. Breakfast is with a variety options and staff is attentive.

The room was very clean and look as good as the photos online, the breakfast was delicious and a good variety. Staff was good and friendly. My only complaint is not with the hotel but the community itself, no one sleeps and the cars are very loud all night long, it was very difficult to sleep so we left earlier than originally planned. They need to have police clear that area or something because they will loose a lot of tourists like that.

The front desk persons not very professional.. I know they working there for long time,they feel they are the owners.

The staff could not have been nicer

Vi tog utan frukost för att utforska staden men jag rekommenderar inte detta 5 stjärniga hotell till turister. Väldigt dåliga rum, smutsiga rum vi fick byta rum 2 gånger pågrund av ac som inte fungerar. Vi har bott på detta hotell i 10 års tid varje år men det har bara blivit värre med åren detta var sista besöket från oss

Nice Staff

The room was really clean, specially Mrs Aya El Said was very nice and always make sure we don't miss anything. In the general, the customer service was great and Mr. Ayman Zein answered all our request. At the pool, it was very clean and the staff really paid attention to our needs, specifically Michael.

Overall fantastic stay at Sheraton Montaza - perfect location, had the Presidential Suite and another room. Great price, great experience and staff. Pool, beach, workout room. They gave us 1 hour late checkout because the room took an hour longer to get it ready (we also did book super late to be fair). My only feedback they should be more flexible with later checkout (we came at 9pm and checked out 1 pm) and paid much higher rate on the rooms because of a last minute booking. However they accommodated us in other ways and were flexible with certain things so definitely appreciate it. Will definitely stay again!!!

طبعا الغرف مستهلكة و محتاجة تجديد و بالتالي الأسعار تعتبر عالية و الناس بتعمل اللي عليها سواء في النظافه أو في البوفيه بتاع الصبح

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Montazah. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, the Sheraton felt like a breath of fresh air. The staff were professional and welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the Mediterranean. The hotel’s beach access and pool were perfect for our family — clean, well-maintained, and not too crowded. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of our schedule, and we always had fresh towels and bottled water. The location is also ideal — close to local restaurants, shops, and a short drive from downtown Alexandria. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid beachfront hotel in Alexandria.
