We had an amazing stay at Sheraton. Very welcoming, easy check in and check out, the staff was so sweet and accommodating and made our stay so nice. Hands down one of. the best resorts in Fiji.

Took ages to get out room ready when we arrived. Then they forgot to service the room twice. Staff can be rude.. buoldings are run down.

Very enjoyable stay that met all our expectations. The property is beautiful! Highly recommend the meal plan as the food was great.

The Resort is family-friendly and the rooms are lovely and clean. Staff are very nice and friendly. Dee the waitress from the Wet Edge Restaurant is outstanding, always with a smile and a lovely greeting every time she saw us. Nothing was ever a problem for her, very helpful and efficient and Dee remembered all our names from our last visit in 2024. Thank you Dee, love the Vela Family
