전체 평가 및 리뷰 Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh

깔끔하고 세련된 호텔. 방 상태가 청결하고 깨끗. 시간이 부족해서 스파와 수영장을 이용하지 못 해 아쉬움. 아쉬운 점은 호텔스 앱을 통해 같은 카드로 동시에 방 2개를 예약했는데 인접객실을 제공하지 않고 다른 층을 주려고 함. 사정해서 멀리 떨어진 같은 층 방을 받음.

The staff

It was ok but not as good as I would have expected. Air con stopped working in the last night (fault code) so was very stuffy and could not sleep. No room service after 11 pm so could not get anything after the Ulster Halll show. Very odd bathroom door arrangement makes privacy difficult.

Beautiful hotel. Public areas and room immaculately clean. All staff courteous and welcoming. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast lovely with efficient and fast service despite being very busy. Always an enjoyable experience staying at the Sheraton Grand.

No fridge in the room and had to ask for one. Room phone not working/ as not charged. Confusion about what booking confirmation stated and room benefits received. Unhappy and would not stay again.

Muito abaixo da expectativa. Hotel antigo. Quarto não tem, se quer, um secador de cabelo. Uma das coisas que fez eu optar pelo hotel foi a possibilidade de ter piscina aquecida, mas pasmem.... a piscina NÃO estava funcionando. Paguei para nada... A academia fecha 22h. Coloquei meu programa de corrida para acabar 21h55. As 21h45 uma pessoa bem grossa começou a dizer que eu tinha que sair. Eu relembrei que a academia fechava 22h. Ela disse que o prédio tinha que estar fechado 22h e que ela precisava com antecedência fechar a porta da academia (5min de antecedência não era suficiente para a pessoa fechar a porta)! Enfim, péssima experiência para um 5 estrelas na Europa. Ademais, a localização não é boa. Sem dúvida, o Radysson é uma melhor opção na capital da Escócia. Super bem localizado. Sheraton nunca mais!!!!

Receptionist was exceptional food was excellent and the room was of a very high standard. Fully recommend this hotel for a stay in central Edinburgh.

Was fine. A very nice 4- 5 star International quality hotel in a great location. The only downside: we arrived 2 hours after check in time, and the room still wasnt ready. Though they put is in the lounge with FOC drinks, it was still a further 2 hours before it was ready. Reason given: the hotel was overbooked. Sorry but i dont regard that as acceptable. That is an organisational issue on the hotels' part and if circumstances of our trip had been different, could have been a real problem.

You will not be disappointed! First class service and friendly professional staff. Good central location. If you can book the Club Floor you’ll have a full complimentary breakfast each morning and a 4:00 to 7:00 happy hour with comp drinks and snacks. Well worth the extra for the Club floor.

Although we only stayed for one night we were very impressed. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and given lots of information about not only the hotel but services we may be interested in round about. The hotel room was beautiful and very clean. We were at a concert at the usher hall just across the road so very handy for us. Breakfast was amazing! Such a great choice. We will definitely be back and hope to try the spa next time too. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Loved everything about my stay!

I find it extraordinary that in a supposedly 5 star hotel that the bar is closed at midnight with room service closed at 11pm and mini bar not stocked. They did offer to suggest some bars we could goto outwith the hotel - but really?
