Excellent

Returned after 29 yrs essence and grandeur hasn’t changed 0.1% . Loved it and will be back very very soon.

Wonderful old grandeur style hotel in a Victorian building. Very central Bangalore Palace only a few minutes away if you’re brave enough to walk. Great breakfast selection, lovely outdoor pool, enjoyed having breakfast around it. The staff were excellent. Stayed for 9 nights great experience overall

Outstanding service. Great amenities and beautiful, grand hotel. Lot of food options and the included breakfast every am was a choice of about 50 things !! The free happy hour every evening was great. Rooms are a little small but bed is uber comfortable and excellent bathroom. Definitely plan on staying here again next time I'm in Bengaluru.

ITC Windsor is an excellent hotel, very well run with attentive and courteous staff. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay there again.

Great property - a throwback to old times!

Great property, very friendly staff. The dinning options were wonderful. The area that we stayed in is freshly renovated. The only issue we had was fresh paint smell which was a little overwhelming.

Beautiful English style hotel, impeccably clean & well maintained. Staff very pleasant & extremely helpful. Super breakfast & in-room dining. Cannot think of anything that could be better!

Room and bedding is luxurious, food was very basic and bland, especially South Indian dishes in buffet. Some staff are ok, some don’t acknowledge any Indians, I saw them smiling at foreigners but head high when they pass by normal looking Indians

Not at all quiet. You cannot sleep here either in the day or night. Desk staff is completely incompetent.They are just trained to smile and say sorry for each and everything. And then they repeat the same mistake again. My room was changed thrice. Air conditioners of all the three rooms were not working. And there were technicians who were constantly called upon to fix ACs of other rooms as well. No respect for privacy. I specifically mentioned that my work hours are in the night and do not disturb me in the day time. But even when my room is on the DND, the staff is calling me to check for god knows what. Constantly had to struggle to get my zomato delivery. This is at best a 2 star hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone

Our stay was excellent - the staff were very professional , efficient and went over and above to ensure all our needs were met. We had a superb breakfast - the spread and selection of top quality food was impressive. We will definitely choose The Windsor again for our next visit to Bangaluru

Excellent service, an oasis amidst the hustle of BLR. A straight shot to the airport (very convenient) and easy to get to the commercial hub (MG ROAD).
