Nice quiet location, lots of parking space, easy access, great waiter and bar man ( Joe G.), give him a pay raise or promotion!!!

Breakfast was included in My reservation. But the hotel added the breakfast to my bill. The person checking me out did not know how to fix it. I’m waiting for the correction. Otherwise everything was fine.

The amenities they have are great for family fun

Stayed here for graduation weekend. Terrific property! The team was warm, welcoming and accommodating. Clean, comfortable environment, easy parking and so close to campus for the festivities.

Customer service was excellent.

Best family hotel near MSU for graduation.

The staff was great. Very polite and professional. They fully accommodated my daughter’s graduation party. I will absolutely stay again.

We have stayed at Crowne Point before and they have always been wonderful. This review is regarding HOTELS.COM. I needed to cancel my reservation the day of my scheduled visit. The reason being the weather was terrible with high winds, rain and lightning. I was not comfortable leaving home. I called the number provided on Google. This number was connected to a TOY MANUFACTURER! I called yet another number I found on Google and a lady answered but had to transfer me to another department due to the nature of my request. Once transferred, I was disconnected immediately. The following day I called same phone numbers found on Google...once again, the TOY MANUFACTURER! I contacted Crowne Pointe in Lansing to explain my cancelation and they said they understood but couldn't do anything re: my refund of $161.28 due to canceling the day of the reservation PLUS I paid HOTELS.COM; not Crowne Pointe. I feel I'm due the return due to the reason being the terrible weather (National Weather Advisory had issued warnings). HOTELS.COM has terrible customer service! I'd rather make my own reservation than go through them. You can't talk to a real human being. They don't provide a valid phone number. The Virtual Operator is of no help as it eventually disenables any further conversation and will not transfer you to a real/live CSR. There is NO way to speak to someone. I will make sure to tell my vacationing friends to avoid HOTELS.COM & I encourage you to do the same.

All was excellent and special thanks to the fine gentleman at the desk who found my phone near the pool and held it for me.

Room was clean, just as described, plenty of storage/closet space. Breakfast was very good, hot, fresh, and plenty of options. Would stay here again

My husband and I have stayed here a couple of times after some fundraisers events. This last time was for a work event. Everything was going great until midday when the familt next to us arrived and we could hear everything they were say as if they werein our room. They did not stop un 3 am and they started back up at 6am.

Beautiful hotel with an exceptional staff. The room was wonderfully appointed and very comfortable. We also used the pool which was very nice and clean. 5 star stay!

It was in a convenient Location for what I was there for. The roundabout in the hotel entrance was out of order, which I think that sucked. Also unfortunately, there’s no liquor stores near that hotel or places that sell alcohol so I feel like the bar should have cheaper drinks. The pool was nice. I stayed on the fifth floor and I’m not sure if bathrooms are different but the bathroom was super small. You can’t open up the door if you’re sitting on the toilet. When the heat turns on at night, it did make a noise but not super loud. I definitely would say they have to update the TVs. It’s kind of crazy you have to turn off the TV and turn it back on just to see the TV Guide you can’t log into YouTube or any streaming services whatsoever. But very nice over all … GO BLUE

It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful
