When I was picking up my breakfast at the restaurent, a staff coming to me and asked if i worked for Disney. I was embarrased because he asked no other guests but me. I am the only woman and asian. I said no, but i felt like racialism. The guy suddenly started to explain he asked because i was wearing Disney T shirt. But everybody wearing it in Disney resort. I dont buy it. I will not recommmend this hotel. When I checked out, I said it to the people at front. They told he would have done it because there were a lot of disney workers. This was the kind of people I found here.RUDE!

Love this hotel so much! Amazing everything!

We came in late and the staff not only accommodated us but made sure we had a ride from the airport. our room was clean and comfortable. the hotel gym was amazing one of the best I've seen having a smith machine and other higher end strength training equipment was greatly appreciated. The pool was beautiful. excellent staff

Lake view is not worth it, not a lake to me it's a pond with a fountain. Breakfast food was sub par. Room 318 we could here elevator traffic during the night.

Nice hotel, restaurant good use a few more dinner choices.
