위치가 좋고 파크로 둘러 싸져있어서 매우 쾌적함 친구에게도 추천 하고 싶음

원래 예약했던 방에서 공원이 보이는 뷰로 유료로 객실을 교체했지만 너무 만족했고. 호텔의 위치,서비스, 전부 만족만스러웠습니다.

Great hotel, great location,great staff, great food !!!

Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The bathrooms are a tight space and the breakfast area is very busy during peak hours which require a waiting queue.

Clean, nice stuff, everything easily accessible on foot, we would come back! Thanks for the incredibile view from the 7th floor!

Great staff

I expected so much more! Slow check in, broken coffee machine in room, fraying materials and a dripping tap! The location is perfect but have stayed in far better hotels for half the price! Not sure I would give this one a second chance on my next visit down to London!

Amazing hotel

Very good hotel in the heart of London

This was an amazing hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Easy to walk to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. Taxis are easily accessible when needed. Big bus tour stop 1 is right up the street! Very clean, beautiful hotel!

The Hotel was great in terms of location and area. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Very enjoyable stay. Nice rooms, extremely comfortable. Courteous knowledgeable and professional staff. Nice comfortable king size beds incredible pillows. Location was perfect. Right on Hyde park. Wonderful vacation. I stay in hotels all over Europe. One of my favorites by far. What impressed me most was how quiet the rooms were!

Great hotel!

The property and location are second to none but it is the staff that make this place truly memorable. Just fantastic Only wish I could afford to stay there more often but it was a wonderful treat.

* The hotel was in a peaceful location but still very convenient for getting around. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast restaurant staff were especially kind.

Mükemmel

The service is always excellent from the staff. The only negative was the temperature of the rooms. They were freezing and the control thermostat made no difference. Even called the engineer and it made no change. This was the same in my colleagues room on a different floor. It was end of February we stayed.

Great central spot for tourist items. Theater, business and relaxing walks.
