깨끗하고 편리했어요 !

침대가 매우 편안하여 더 자고 싶었다. Wifi는 문제 없었고, 아침식사의 종류는 매우 많아서 무엇을 먹어야 할지 고민이었다. 여태까지 가본 모든 NH호텔에서는 아침식사시 따로 요청하면 fried egg를 해주는데, 레스토랑 홀이 넓은데에 비해 직원 수가 적어서 요청하기 어려웠다. 다 먹은 접시도 늦게 치워 갔다. 직원 수를 조금 더 늘렸으면 좋겠다. 주변은 저녁에도 조용한 편이며, 맛있는 레스토랑을 발견할 수도 있다. 마드리드 중심부에서는 약간 멀지만, 충분히 지하철로 이동이 가능하다.

전박적으로 무난한데, 객실이 약간 작은 듯한 느낌이 있으나 유럽 호텔들이 대체로 비슷한 듯. 객실에 따뜻한 물을 끓일 수 있는 전기포트가 없는 게 다소 아쉽네요.

편안한 숙박이 가능할 수 있었으며 특히 조용하고 교통이 편했습니다. 숙박은 매일 깨끗하게 정리정돈되었으며 낮과 밤 둘다 조용하여 휴식하기 편안했습니다. 지하철(도보 2분) 및 주요 편의도로 접근이 편리했으며, 스페인 전통 문화인 투우장과 인접해 있어 관광 측면 또는 좋았습니다. 또한 주변에 대형 마트가 인접해 있어(도보 1분) 식음료 구입이 원활하였습니다. 지하철이 근접해 있어 마드리드 주요 관광지 접근이 아주 좋았습니다.(모든 지역 전철 40분내 접근 가능)

Excellent! Friendly and professional service

Excelente servicio, muy recomendable.

Hotel is 7 metro stops from the mayor attractions. Walk to the metro 10 min. Location is in a lower grade neighborhood, with the bus stop in front of the hotel. Noisy day and night from the buses, cannot sleep with open window. We ordered a superior room, but because of the noise were transferred on a higher floor to the standard one. Bedding was clean, but very firm mattress and bad quality pillows. Breakfast was good, excellent staff in the cafeteria. Don’t think we coming back.

I had a great stay! The staff is very friendly. The location is great and calm with Metro about a 10min walk or the buss right outside the door. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The breakfast had alot to choose from and was ok. The pool area was very nice and calm. But i wouldn't recommend going in to the bar to order snacks and dricks from the pool without some cover clothing since the hotel guests seemed to be mainly business people that are there for work and conferences. The only negative was the fridge in the room. It shuts off when you take the key card out when you leave the room. At first i thought it was broken because it was luke warm inside so i complained to the reception. But later i realised what was the problem. I even changed the electric outlet to the one next to it labelled "24 hours" but that didn't help.
